Dillon is easy to drive to without traffic snarls and has central and easy access to all your services: supermarket or natural food market, rentals, sporting goods, liquor stores, full service and quick service restaurants and bars, two breweries, bowling, shopping, factory outlets, live music, live theater, movie theaters and parks.
It is 5 minutes to Keystone Mountain Resort, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Vail is 30 minutes away and Beaver Creek just 45.
It’s easy to get to all of Summit County’s many winter adventures: cross-country skiing & snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, sleigh rides and snowmobiling.

The town has three large parks within walking distance to most units. The free Summit Stage Shuttle System has six stops in town.
Dillon is located on the shores of Lake Dillon Reservoir and has America’s highest marina with pontoon, sailboat, scull and stand-up-paddleboard rentals. Frozen Lake Dillon is a popular place for Kite Boarding or Skiing and lessons are available. It’s also just fun to watch.
Dillon is located 90 miles west of Denver International Airport (DIA) on Interstate 70, exit 205. Driving time is about 90 minutes from DIA. It’s about 60 minutes from West Denver. It is one of the first towns you come to in Summit County and is centrally located to its North side.
Our office and check-in is located in Dillon at 350 Lake Dillon Drive. We have over 40 rental units on Lake Dillon and additional private homes overlooking Lake Dillon.
