Lake Dillon Condominiums 109 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath with incredible mountain views. Sleeps 4. Located near all key shops and services such as supermarket, coffee shop, REI, ski/ride rentals, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema and events. Beautifully furnished with wood floors, six-person dining bar and stainless appliances. Living room features a flatscreen and cozy gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Patio furniture seats 4 with a shared gas grill. Interesting Southwest, Native American and Colorado decor.

Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the concerts, marina and farmers market. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

3rd Time staying at Lake Dillon and I can't wait for a 4th - 5 out of 5 stars

"This is the 3rd time friends and I have rented a condo here. Every time we stay the condo is clean and in great shape. We all enjoyed ourselves and got a giggle and big smile from the skiing pics on the wall. We all can't wait to go back. My only one piece of advice is to have look at the baseboard heating covers, some need a bit of work, lil bent. So out of a 100, they get a 99.7% rating. "

"Condo 109 was tastefully decorated and had amazing views of the lake. The trails nearby were great for running, biking and walking. City market being just opposite was super helpful. The mgmt group also responded quickly too any issue (we needed a fan and they provided a new one immediately). Overall loved the stay and would highly recommend it "

Great Location snd Views of Lake Dillon - 5 out of 5 stars

"Unit was clean with amazing views of Lake Dillon. Unit was nicely updated with great electronics. We rewashed all the silverware because a lot of it was dirty. The dishwasher might have been the issue. Ice machine needed to be unclogged. We rented 108 and 109. We liked they layout, electronics and updates in 109 but the beds were better in 108. Grills are available for use. They had yoga out on the lawn each morning and you could walk to the farmers market on Saturday. Great access to the lake and the trail that circles the lake. "
