PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lake Dillon Condominiums 109 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath with incredible mountain views. Sleeps 6. Located near all key shops and services such as supermarket, REI, Starbucks, ski/ride rentals, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema and events. Beautifully furnished with wood floors, six-person dining bar and stainless appliances. Living room features a flatscreen and cozy gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Patio furniture seats 4 with a shared gas grill. Interesting Southwest, Native American and Colorado decor.

~ Master bedroom has two queens, private bath.

LOCATION
Just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail. An easy drive to any of Summit County's towns and resorts where you can find shops, restaurants, activities and festivals. The Silverthorne Outlets are less than 5 minutes away. In the summer walk right out to the lawn and lakeshore, to the Dillon Marina, parks and the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater for concerts. The Summit County Recreation Path is right outside the door and it is plowed in the winter for year-round use.

"My one month stay was awesome. Essentially Sept 1 - Oct 1 is a perfect time to enjoy cool weather and experience turning of Aspens. Condo unit is well kept and well managed. Nicole S was fantastic agent."

"This is a great place to stay!!! We had a great time. Perfect for a little family get-a-way. The condo is right off the lake and the biking trail. You can’t ask for a better location. We will be back! Fully stocked kitchen was a plus. "
