LD Condo 104 Review - 4 out of 5 stars

"We just have a few cosmetic items for this unit to suggest. 1. the 2 queen beds lacked a bed skirt or cover for the box springs - looked tacky. The curtains in the living room were not clean or they may be too old to clean and may need replaced, and one of the floor radiators was dinged up, again either repair or replace. The front door needs a deadbolt lock. Other than that, the place is such a great location, love the first floor walk out on to the grass by the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with items. we will be back."

Christmas Break Ski Vacation - 5 out of 5 stars

"This property was an excellent choice for us to stay at as conveniently located near Keystone as well as Breckenridge. It was very clean and met all of our needs. We had a later than expected check in and the process was seamless.i would highly recommend this unit again in the future as well as all the communication we received from Summit was timely and helpful.Great stay....wish could have been longer!!"

"On the Dillon Lake bike path, walking or biking distance to grocery, ampitheater, marina and restaurants. Clean and stocked with what we needed. Also very quiet overall, didn't know we were in a condo setting."

Nice Lake Dillon condo with splendid views! - 4 out of 5 stars

"This is our 4th February in this condo complex. The new kitchen table was a nice addition, and we are looking forward to a new fireplace next year.The condo is a good value for a retired couple. The decor is a bit dated, but comfortable and cozy.Summit Resort Group and their staff have exceeded our expectations, and are easy to work with."

"Great location on the lake. Base rate was reasonable, but all the added fees made it pretty expensive. Over $300/night. Needed to ask that TP be resupplied."

Beautiful View - 4 out of 5 stars

"The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. The only downside was the pull out sofa bed. It was the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. The mattress in unit 106 is much better. I highly recommend unit 104 unless someone needs to sleep on the pull out sofa. Maybe the owners of 104 should ask 106 where they got their mattress."

"What a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. Loved the grass yard where our kids could run around. The condo was comfortable for my family. The appliances could use updating. The microwave would turn on our Keep running on its own at random times."

"Fantastic location. Farmers market was going on next door when we arrived. Was able to stick up on fresh food as soon as we arrived. Walks and bike rides by lake were perfect. Sitting out on patio with family was perfect. "

"I specifically picked this condo based on online pictures of the patio and the view. What isn't mentioned online is that it's a shared space outside. Our neighbors monopolized the outdoor space and grill. We were looking for a relaxing, private getaway and had it been mentioned in the description that it was community space, I would have chosen something else. Condo was as described. Not updated, but not bad either. Overall average stay."

Great Location for Skiing - 3 out of 5 stars

"Nice place. Clean. Late check-in procedure was well communicated. Overpriced for holiday period. Kitchen and living room were large and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to get the gas fireplace to work. Single bedroom with 2 queens - not optimal for privacy. Location is great - very close to Dillon Dam and shopping. Not enough parking - I had to park down the street one of the nights."
