Check in Instructions
You will be sent an email with arrival instructions 2-3 days before your arrival.
Some units pick up packets at our Office Location. Other units have Remote Check-In where you will go directly to the unit. The unit address will be in your Arrival Instructions.

After-Hours Office Check-in is also at this location using the Lock Box to the right of our office door.
We will provide you keys, a map and directions for your specific property upon check-in.
Check In/Out Times
Check-in: 4 pm.
Check-out: 10 am.
Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 10 am to 4 pm
After Hours Check In
Your keys will be placed in a packet with your name on it in our after-hours lock box outside our office door. Lock box instructions will be sent to you in the Arrival Instructions email.

Please return your keys to the Summit Resort Group office when you depart.
