Our Best Pet Friendly Units in Dillon and Frisco

Summit Resort Group has pet friendly units ranging from condos to a private home. Enjoy taking all your family members on vacation. Pet friendly vacation rentals are relatively rare in Summit County because many Homeowner’s Associations do not allow guests to bring pets. If you book a pet-friendly unit where dogs and cats are welcome, there is a $300 refundable pet deposit and only 2 pets are allowed per unit. Summit Resort Group will collect your pet deposit upon arrival. After departure Summit Resort Group will have 5-7 business days to inspect the unit for damages and release the pet deposit. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed in each pet-friendly unit. No Cats in Timberline 35, Cross Creek 302 or Cross Creek 308.

Timberline Condos 35 is a 2 bedroom unit located across the street from Lake Dillon, next to Marina Park and the Dillon Amphitheater:

Summit Ski Chalet, in the Piney Acres neighborhood of Dillon, is a 3 bedroom apartment in a single family home with lower level private outdoor hot tub in a large outdoor room.

Frisco
14B Larson Lane is the cutest little unit that is pet friendly with a private hot tub. Truly a gem. Within walking distance of the park and Main Street.

Cross Creek Units 300, 302, and 308 are 3 bedroom units and the complex has a large clubhouse with pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna. They are located down the block from the Rec Path and hiking trails.
