Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. Unit has an attached 1 car garage plus 1 additional surface parking space. Unit has first and second floors. Comfortable seating in living room with a river rock wood fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. Walk out the deck door to the river. Complex has extensive grounds. Private south facing decks overlooking river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. Two entrances -- one on each floor. A community grill and picnic table on the river is just in front of the condo. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.
BEDDING
~ Master bedroom has queen, private bath with deep soaking tub, flatscreen and private deck with two chairs and table. Listen to the river at night.
~ 1st guest bedroom has queen and shared deck with the unit next door.
~ 2nd guest bedroom has twin beds and window on the river.

Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Vail. Easy walk or drive to Main Street shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just minutes away from Whole Foods, Safeway or Natural Grocers on Summit Boulevard in Frisco. The Summit County Recreation/Bike Path is just across Main Street. A beautiful and convenient location.
