PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Pet Friendly in Dillon! Summit Ski Chalet is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath upper level of a private home (lower level is unoccupied during renter stays). Wonderful mountain views from large windows and large decks. It is central to it all. A great place to entertain a fun group. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath sleeps 8. A beautiful slab granite kitchen with stainless appliances. The main level dining area seats 6. Flatscreen, leather furniture, Queen sofabed and gas fireplace in living room. Big wrap around deck. Free WiFi and cable. Mountain and valley views are amazing. A $300 refundable pet deposit will be collected upon arrival and refunded within 7 days after passing a check-out inspection.

~ Main floor master bedroom has king.
~ Two full hall baths on the main floor, one with a washer and dryer.
~ Guest bedroom upstairs has king and private deck.
~ Second upstairs guest bedroom has queen. Full upstairs shared bath.
LOCATION
In the winter its just 10 minutes to Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail. On a quiet street in the Piney Acres subdivision in Dillon. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski and snowboard rentals, parks, restaurants and two brewpubs. In the summer it's less than 5 minutes to the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater with shows from June through September or the Dillon Marina with powerboat, sailboat, kayak, SUP rentals and the lakeside Tiki Bar. Every summer Friday along the lake stroll the Farmer's Market. Enjoy Dillon's parks, playgrounds and lakeside recreation path. A great place for a reunion of family or friends.

Summer: Hiking forest trails, walking or cycling over 55 miles of Rec Path, mountain climbing, mountain biking, lakefront exploration, fishing, kayaking, stand up paddle-boarding, wildlife, wildflower and bird watching, photography, star gazing, scenic drives, 4-wheel driving, picnic spots, parks, outdoor art walks, golfing 5 courses, outdoor markets, outdoor amphitheater, historic sites and just enjoying the mountain and lake views.
RESTAURANTS AND GROCERIES
Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
