Pet friendly Timberline Condo 35 is a spacious, comfortable, unit on Marina Park. Simply furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. Top floor unit with soaring mountain and summer lake views. Just across the street are paved walking trails that are open year-round and direct lakeshore access. Vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3, patio table seats 4. Unit has a funky jetted sunken tub in the main bath as well as a shower. Large private covered deck can be used year-round. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken upon Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Dillon's paved rec path is plowed in the winter for year-round use. Great for walking the dog. Walk the entire lakefront and visit Dillon's sculptures. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Walk to restaurants, brewpub, nightlife, bowling, music/vinyl store. In the summer walk to Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak, SUP rentals and lakeside Tiki Bar. Listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from the deck or walk across the street to join the party.
Less than a 5 minute drive to all services: City Market, REI, coffee, snowsport rentals, shops. On the Summit County Recreation Path that stretches from Keystone to Copper Mountain offering over 55 miles of paved biking and walking paths. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

"The location of this rental was perfect - close to the local ski resorts, making it easy to get to and from the mountain! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping locations nearby, too. The view of the mountains over Dillon Lake was BEAUTIFUL!! The rental had two bathrooms, one of which had a unique showering experience and the other with an open plan with the vanity/sink located in the bedroom, creating some challenges getting ready if there were others sleeping in the room at the time. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils and items needed. The only recommendation I would have to improve future experiences for other guests are 1) have ziplock baggies available for packing lunches/snacks - this was one item that we didn’t account for and it would’ve been a blessing to have them on hand! 2) black out curtains in the bedrooms - adjusting to a time zone and traveling with young children poses challenges getting to sleep and there was significant light from the outdoor lights that shined through the blinds and 3) adding a small humidifier to each bedroom! The air was very dry which left us with bloody noses and sore throats! Overall, our stay was great!! "

"My family and I had a wonderful time in Dillion and at the condo. The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed. The family enjoyed the games provided, and the piano. The beds were comfortable. The only thing complaint is I wished it was a pet free condo. Previous guest that have stayed that had pets peed on the carpets and there is a pee smell. Other than that pretty satisfied! Also I recommend if your not from this area and you plan on staying a week or less rent an oxygen tank. My whole family had a hard time doing activities due to acclimatizing... The last day we were there we felt great than had to come home! "

"Once again the stunning view was enjoyed by all of our party. The kitchen was stocked with all we required; we only ate one meal out during our 4 night stay. The convenience of having the exit stairwell on the grassy area side was great for walking my 5 lb Yorkie. She also liked watching the activity from the balcony. Great to be able to enjoy the trails just outside the unit too."

Our daughter’s wedding took place by the amphitheater on the point by a statue, which provided an amazing background for the wedding. "The condo was everything we were looking for. It was very roomy, clean, affordable for the holiday season with a superlative view of Lake Dillon. Big closets and lots of sleeping capacity and storage lends itself to sleep 6-8 people (10 if you push it) comfortably. Pet friendly is a plus.We knew coming in that the property was dated, but actually found some of the old color schemes charming. We particularly liked the quirky master bathroom shower/tub area (we nicknamed the Grotto) to be and a refreshing change from the typical condo. Some of the furniture was worn but functional. We had some problems with the dishwasher which I believe has reached it maximum age and needs replacement. Loved the large fireplace with lots of split wood right there on the huge patio. We did not notice a smoky flume as per previous reviews, perhaps the chimney was properly cleaned, or we just kept a normal size fire.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, good knives, spices, dry goods, etc..which is important to us as we like to cook a lot when we travel. Just bring in your fresh food and you're good to go.If you're looking for foo foo this is not your place, but if you want a practical, clean, functional, spacious and centrally located condo in the Dillon area, Timberline 35 is just what the doctor ordered."

"The only thing wrong with this condo was that the fireplace is not sealed well and it smelled of smoke when we arrived. When we had a fire it got so smoky that we set off the smoke alarm! I smelled more like we went camping for the weekend and not snowboarding! The condo is definitely 1970s decor, but we expected that coming in. It was clean and big enough for my husband, daughter, as well as my parents and their 3 dogs! It is also in a great location where we walked to dinner and the Dillon Ice castle and were only a few minutes from the ski slopes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I think the property managers are looking into fireplace issues."

"This is the first non-five-star location/review that I will have ever given. The location was wonderful and for that it runs to three stars. Im thankful we could take our pets. However the inside is very outdated and the bathrooms are odd and not easy to use. Then on top of that it having a 10 a.m. check out is totally difficult when you're on vacation and not wanting to rush. It didn't help that the directions said check out 10 a.m. but that you could stay in until noon and not get a fee."
