PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Timberline Condo 35 is a spacious, comfortable, pet-friendly unit on Marina Park. Simply furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 10! Top Floor unit with soaring mountain and summer lake views. Just across the street are paved walking trails that are open year-round and direct lakeshore access. Vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3, patio table seats 4. Unit has a funky jetted sunken tub in the main bath as well as a shower. Large private covered deck can be used year-round. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.
BEDDING
~ Master suite has two queen beds, private bath, TV.
~ Guest bedroom has king bed and queen sofabed. Main hall bath has double sinks, sunken tub and shower.
~ Living room has queen sofabed and shares the hall bath.
LOCATION
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail. Walk just around the corner to cafe, restaurants, brewpub, nightlife and bowling. In the summer walk to Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak, SUP rentals and lakeside Tiki Bar. Listen to the concerts at the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater from the deck or walk across the street to join the party. Less than a 5 minute drive to all services: City Market, REI, Starbucks, snowsport rentals, shops. On the Summit County Recreation Path that stretches from Keystone to Copper Mountain offering over 30 miles of paved biking and walking paths. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. Dillon's paved trails are plowed in the winter for year-round use. Great for walking the dog. Walk the entire lakefront and visit Dillon's sculptures.

Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
