PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Marina Place 226 is a comfortable south-facing 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo. Sleeps 8. Large kitchen makes entertaining easy. Dining table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3. Free WiFi and cable. Living room has comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Deck with gas grill and incredible views. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Two covered tandem parking spaces. Complex has 2 indoor hot tubs. Please be aware that the pool in the middle of the complex is now under construction as of August 2019. The 2 hot tubs in the second clubhouse between buildings 3 and 4 are still open for use.

LOCATION
Walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June through September and the Farmers Market. The unit is located just above the Dillon Marina and summer Tiki Bar. Walk down the new Marina stairs to rent pontoon, sailboat and powerboats or kayaks and stand up paddleboards. Town Park is just down the street with playground, tennis, field, bocce and basketball. Marina Park is just down the rec path with playground, grills and picnic tables. Free Summit Stage bus service is across the street and accesses all towns and resorts. Marina Place is on the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk along the lakefront and view the sculptures or enjoy over 30 miles of paved trails. Walk to restaurants, coffee house, brewpub, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the supermarket, liquor store, REI, snowsport rentals, breweries, cinema and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail.

Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
