PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lake Cliffe E105 is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of Dillon. Sleeps 6. Living Room has comfortable seating, flatscreen, gas rock fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with views to the mountains and lake. Covered private deck with gas grill can be used year-round. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of meal preparation space. Dining table in window nook seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3. One of the closest units to the new Dillon Amphitheater with shows from June through September.

Just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpubs, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, summer farmers market, summer concerts and festivals. In the summer listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is plowed in the winter for lakefront walking. Free Summit Stage bus service is just across the street. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, Starbucks, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets.
