Beautiful, fully-updated corner unit on Lake Dillon with Mountain Views. Lake Cliffe 108C is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the heart of Dillon that sleeps 8. Unit is on the ground floor with patio facing the mountains, lake and landscaped grounds. Full of light from the large windows. Lake Cliffe has one of the best clubhouses in the area with two large hot tubs, indoor heated pool and community lounge area. Fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful slab granite counters, stainless appliances and ample room for meal preparation. Living Room has large flatscreen, lots of seating, gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with views to the mountains and lake. Free WiFi and cable. Private, covered deck with chairs for 6. Dining table in window nook seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2. Free surface parking for 2 vehicles.

Large clubhouse has heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, gathering room and outdoor play area. Complex has a laundry room with coin-op washers and dryers.
Location
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, bowling, music/vinyl store. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.
Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, Starbucks, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is just across the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.
In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and festivals. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

"This is a great condo! Perfect location to walk to the lake, restaurants, hike, or ride bikes. We sat on the porch in the evening and listened to the concert. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a big **** roach crawling on the living room wall. Other than that we loved it!!!"

"We had a great five night stay at Lake Cliffe in Dillon. We had great conditions to ski in. After a day of skiing it was always nice to relax at the condo by the fireplace. The condo had everything we needed and had great views of the lake and the mountains. Location was very central. Walkable to a few bar and grills in city center in Dillon. Close to shopping, skiing, restaurants, various entertainment venues and groceries. I enjoyed walking the trail along the lake as well."

We loved the 270 degree views of Lake Dillon and surrounding White River National Forest mountains in this nicely furnished 1st floor condo. The condo was very clean & well equipped with dishes, cookware, & necessities like garbage bags, dishwashing soap, all the staples you need; we appreciated not having to purchase them. The panoramic views made staying here wonderful, although there were many hiking trails around the lake & in nearby Silverthorne to explore, which we did daily. Lake Cliffe 108 C was a very nice end unit with a small garden adjacent, full of birds, gophers, & ground wildlife. Living room furniture was very nice, as well as the beds being super comfortable. Altitude was 9017 ft., at the marina, & up from there. Great unit.

The location of our condo couldn't be better for viewing the mountains and Dillon Lake. It was convenient for hiking local trails, shopping at the outlets in Silverthorne, and enjoying local restaurants.We also toured the Summit County Parade of Homes, took the Georgetown Loop Railroad trip, and drove through the mountains to enjoy the Fall colors.Besides the wonderful location of the condo, the fact that it was on the first floor made it easier for some members of our family to manage getting in and out of the condo without steps. This was a spacious and comfortable condo for our vacation, and I would do it again when we visit our family in the future.

Check in was easy.Instructions to find the condo were easy to follow. Unit was spotless. 3 bathrooms were full if towels nicely presented like in a hotel.Blow dryers,samples shampoos, conditioners, soaps. Kitchen had really everything you need including:mixer,coffee machine,toaster, all new.Plenty of good quality glasses and dishes. TV in all 3 bedrooms.extra pillows and blankets in closets. Gas fire place with timer. Comfortable couch and chairs, one recliner. Good quality furniture. Exceptional views on the lake. Condo right by the Marina.Quiet when we were there in October. Plenty of restaurants near by. Overall excellent stay. Will book next year.
