Lagoon Townhomes 701 is a beautiful, spacious unit with three floors. Sleeps 10. A private elevator takes you from the entry and garage level to the second floor bedrooms and the top floor great room and master bedroom. This is a truly unique property in Frisco. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath is an end unit with extra windows and light. The fully-equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances and a wood block island. Kitchen bar seats 3. Dining table is surrounded by windows and seats 10. High-end wood and carpet floors throughout. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings, skylights, exposed beams and mountain views from 3 decks. The property has a 2 car garage plus a third surface parking space. The unit is located right next to the large pool house with 2 hot tubs, indoor pool and clubhouse with fitness room and gathering space. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all activities and ski resorts. All bedrooms are suites with private baths. Beautiful furnishings. Lots of seating, large flatscreen and wood fireplace in living area. Free WiFi and cable. Large private deck off the dining area. Second deck has a dining table for 4. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The complex has a large indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and fitness room plus an outdoor tennis court and picnic area. Clubhouse also has a large gathering space and catering wet bar.

Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone and 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 30 minutes to Vail. Easy drive to the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. An easy walk or quick drive to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, independent shops, festivals, events and the Frisco Historic Park. Less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful, central location to relax and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer.

In the summer, walk to the Dillon lakeshore. The Summit County Recreation Path is nearby for biking and walking and it connects all towns and resorts in the area. Walk, bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental. Mountain bike or hike on the Frisco Peninsula.

"Overall great stay. However there were no hand towels or washcloths provided but we made do with the bath towels but you may want to address this issue for future rentals. Also were understocked for toilet paper and tissue paper."

"We’ve stayed here twice now and it is perfect. Lots of open space with plenty of privacy. The main living area is gorgeous. Huge kitchen and dining area for meals and a large living room for everyone to relax after a long day on the slopes. The home has three decks to hang outside weather permitting. Perfect for a group of 8. Can’t wait to book again next year. "
