Cross Creek 102A is a spacious and beautiful private studio in the heart of Frisco. Sleeps 4. Unit is fully updated with a new king bed, carpeting, light fixtures, living room furniture, flatscreen with Roku and kitchenette. Located upstairs on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and light. Small kitchenette has sink, small granite countertop, small fridge, induction hot plate, microwave, toaster and drip coffeemaker. Dining table seats 4 using the leaves with 2 dining chairs, desk chair and ottoman. Height-adjustable desk with chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse looks out to the mountains. Fun ski, snowboard and mountain decor. Big, private covered south facing deck looks to Mount Royal with a table for 4 and seating for 4. Lighted ski/snowboard and gear storage unit just outside the front door with keypad lock. This condo has a wonderful overall vibe.

Amenities
Beautiful clubhouse with indoor-outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, billiard and foosball tables. Clubhouse also has lounge areas and fireplace. There is a community grill and picnic table on the Ten Mile River between the buildings on the other side of the clubhouse. Summer-only picnic grove and larger summer community grill area are located at the back of the complex.

Parking
You may park 2 cars in the surface parking lot (first come, first served). Spaces can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs or garages.

Location
Walk or take a short drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals.

Only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 30 minutes to Vail.

In the winter Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. Frisco's Meadow Creek Park is open for ice skating but no skate rental -- you have to bring your own. Frisco Main Street has fun Apres Ski.

Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals; biking on the nearby Summit County Recreation Path; hiking or mountain biking trails at the Frisco Peninsula, Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Adventure Park summer activities include the bike and skate parks and events and activities. The Frisco Bay Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Walter Byron Park is nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful and convenient location.
