172 Robin has a private hot tub on the lake with beautiful mountain views. It is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse located in The Ponds at Blue River in Silverthorne. Sleeps 6. Walk your SUP right out to the lake! All bedrooms are en suite with their own private baths. Beautiful mountain views. Lots of seating, gas fireplace, flatscreen and large windows in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped, granite tile kitchen with kitchen bar that seats 4 and large counters for meal preparation. Dining table seats 6. Mountain and Pond views throughout the unit. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Security doorbell camera views the exterior of the front door.

In Summer, enjoy the world class Raven Golf Course just across the highway. Bring your fishing license for outstanding fly fishing on the Pond and in the Blue River. The Summit County Recreation Path is nearby and connects all towns and resorts.
In Winter, Silverthorne is an ideal location as it is less than 15 minutes to Keystone or Loveland and 25 minutes to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain resorts. Only 35 minutes to Vail. Free ice skating on North Pond, free tubing/sledding hill at Rainbow and Maryland Creek parks and just minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets.

"This home had everything we needed for our one week stay. The views were absolutely amazing looking out the back at the lake and mountains. And then across the street from the home we could get to a walking trail by the river which was also beautiful. Having a bathroom attached to every bedroom was amazing. The location was ideal for the day trips that we took to Grand Lake, Leadville, Breckenridge, and Dillon. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and there were fans available to help circulate air upstairs when it was a little warm. The hot tub was also very nice. All in all this was a great property and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice property just a couple blocks off the highway. Bring your paddle board or kayak for the pond. Everything we needed. Garage if you need it. Self check in and out. Would stay again!"

Great views, great property, great stay - 5 out of 5 stars
"This is the second time we've stayed at this location and we loved it as much as the first. We're looking at booking again for next summer or fall. The home is always clean and tidy with plenty of towels and necessary items. The one thing I would mention is the bed in the master may need to be replaced or looked at - it seems to have developed a plateau in the middle and then slumps down on either side making for a bit of a rough night's sleep. Other than that, walking out to the lake is great, as is the hot tub and the space. We've stayed there twice so far and I anticipate it'll be a yearly tradition for our friend group! "

"This was a great rental Everything exceeded my expectations. The view was amazing and made for easy fishing or kayaking. The hot tub was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and many things were so well stocked. We rented so I could attend a conference in Breckenridge, and it was an easy and pleasant commute. I hope to rent again in the future! Additionally, the Summit Rental Group was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.I highly recommend it for location, quiet neighborhood, privacy and value."

"The condo was a great location for our girls get away. It’s located on a pond where we paddle boarded every day . It was calm and peaceful. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the hot tub too.
