PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Treehouse G305 is a family friendly condo with a clubhouse in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne. This 1 bedroom plus Loft, 1 bath sleeps 5. A great place for families -- kids will love the bunk loft with skylight, flatscreen and lounging area. Mountain views from the living room and deck. Fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and kitchen bar that seats 4. Living room has a flatscreen, gas fireplace, free cable and WiFi. The Treehouse clubhouse has an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court and coin-operated laundry facilities. The clubhouse also has a game room with pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground. Photos of the clubhouse coming soon.

~ Upstairs loft is set up for kids with double/twin bunk, flatscreen, skylight and hanging chair.
LOCATION
Just 20 minutes to Keystone or Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 35 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail. Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries, Starbucks and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door and across the street to find the paved rec path for walking or biking and National Forest Trails. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns. Also easy access to: the Blue River for fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events, Rainbow Park for play and outdoor concerts and the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events.

RESTAURANTS AND GROCERIES
Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
