PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Timberline Cove 408 is a beautiful, top floor 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with mountain and lake views. Very easy access from I-70 and an easy drive to all mountain resorts and activities. Sleeps 9. Two bedrooms are suites with private baths. The complex is built for convenience with elevator, heated garage, 2 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor shaded, community table and private ski locker. Beautiful interior design with Colorado style. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. The fully equipped slab granite kitchen with stainless appliances allows for easy meal preparation. Comfortable leather furniture, flatscreen and gas fireplace in living area. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. Private south-facing deck with gas grill. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

LOCATION
In the winter its just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone and 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin mountain resorts. The Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and sleigh rides are also an easy drive. Walk to the Dillon lakeshore, Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. An easy location to reach from I-70. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and other shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, gear rentals, independent shops, festivals, events and the historic park. The Summit County Recreation Path swings right by the complex for biking and walking and it connects all towns and resorts in the area. In the summer, walk, bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental. Timberline Cove is located on a cove of Lake Dillon.

Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
