"The staff was the best when it comes to customer service. The apartment was a little dated but very comfortable and clean. I'll definitely return. "

Spacious pet condo - 3 out of 5 stars
"For accommodations that take pets, this one isn't bad. It is spacious and has a well-stocked kitchen (glasses, dishes, pans, etc.). You enter the condo through one of two doors, directly into one of the two bedrooms - a little awkward, but at least the beds were big and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, but a note of caution: one shower has a really low shower head, the other, while it has a shower head, is really quite difficult to shower in because of how it is is laid out. Directly across from the lake and trails, so great for walking the dog."
What a view! The condo was warm, cozy and conveniently located. - 4 out of 5 stars
"This was an awesome place. The view was fabulous, the condo was perfect for what we needed, and it was dog friendly! Our only complaint was some loud pipes that dinged through the night, but other than that, it was terrific!"

Great view and had all the essentials plus some! - 4 out of 5 stars
"This was a great spot! Lake view and sunsets were amazing! Stocked with anything you could need and we even got an awesome welcome basket with goodies and to go coffee tumblers! Decor was pretty outdated but as long as you are willing to look over that it was perfect!"
Perfect Getaway! - 5 out of 5 stars
"We stayed here Labor Day weekend with our son, his wife, 2 month old baby and dog. Management was pleasant to deal with. There was ample room for all. The view was gorgeous, local restaurants good and it was easy to visit Breckenridge and Vail. The condo was well-equipped . It could possibly use a bit of updating, but that was more than made up for by the view of the lake! We all hope we will have an opportunity to return. Susan from SC"
Excellent getaway - 4 out of 5 stars
"The condo was clean, spacious and contained everything necessary for a great getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful. Reservations were a little tricky, as the website gave inconsistent information. However, the management personnel were very helpful in overcoming the problems with the website. The only real problem is that we opted for a pet-friendly property so we could bring our dog. This required a refundable $300 deposit. A month later, I received my credit card bill with the $300 charge still there."
We will definitely Return - 5 out of 5 stars
"Great condo with all the amenities. We stayed here with another couple and our young children. Great layout. Was a kid-friendly space, which allowed us to be able to relax. We also brought our dog, which was a huge plus that we didn't have to board him for the weekend. While the condo was pet-friendly, you would never know pets stay there - clean and smell free. Can't beat the location or very fair pricing either. Only challenge was parking for the second car (the other couple). We had one designated spot and received a guest pass for the second car. The property has guest spots, but they were all filled, mostly with people who did not have guest passes (again, we did), and those people wouldn't leave their spots. Our only option ended up being parking illegally in a designated spot and hoping no one showed up. We were not comfortable with this but had no other options (drove around the area to even see if we park somewhere else and walk back, but nothing). We called Timberline to seek assistance, but they did not return our calls. If you have one car, parking is easy. If there are two cars for one condo, our advice is grab a guest spot and don't give it up."
Convenient, spacious, and priced right. - 5 out of 5 stars
"This condo was just what we needed. It had lots of space, the location was very convenient. We especially appreciated the three tv's, cable, and wifi. There was plenty of space and seating around the fireplace, and walking the dog was so easy with the door off the balcony leading right down to the walking trail across the road. There were even games, books, movies, and a puzzle to keep us busy in the bad weather. The only thing that was a little strange was the bedrooms have one queen bed and one full bed in each room. It worked out ok for us, being one family, but if you had three or four couples it might be tricky. We loved having two full bathrooms, and the sunken tub was quirky, but a big hit. It was easy to get to Copper Mountain to ski, a quick 15 minute drive. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there is a huge grocery store, liquor store, movie theater, and ski rental place less than a mile away. The lake is so beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. Finally, the people at Summit Resort Group were very helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions and emails. I recommend this condo for families with pets."
Great location - 5 out of 5 stars
"very nice place that housed all 5 of us very comfortably. Great views right out the front overlooking Lake Dillon."
Great View!!! - 4 out of 5 stars
"Wonderful dog friendly condo, we had a blast! Wonderful relaxing views of the peaks and lake Dillon. It doesn't have a washer or dryer so keep that in mind for longer stays.(we overlooked that when booking) Close to everything. "
Million $$ Views- Great Location!!! - 4 out of 5 stars
"First of all, we had a great time staying here. Very comfortable, clean and the management company was great. A lot of pet friendly properties are dumps but not this one!!! It was great, centrally located and just sitting on the patio looking at the sailboats on the lake is uber relaxing. I would definitely recommend this location for a long weekend, especially if you have a dog. Just note, there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit so be prepared if you're staying for a long time."
Great place for a family ski vacation - 4 out of 5 stars
"We had a great time at Timberline 24. I would recommend it to other families traveling to the Dillon are for a family vacation. While the decor was a little dated and the one tub/shower was a little unusual, the condo had everything we needed for a great stay, and then some. The management company was extremely accommodating, even offering a pack n play and high chair for use with the 8 month old who was traveling with us. Even though we arrived very late in the day, getting our key was not a problem, and everything was just as promised. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon from the the patio doors. The condo was located right in Dillon and it was a quick trip to the grocery store, the outlet mall, nice restaurants, and other services. It was also a convenient drive to several different ski slopes. I wish there were two queens in each room, rather than one queen and one double in both, which caused one of us to have to sleep on the couch. Otherwise, Timberline was very comfortable. It was cozy, quiet, had a very nice wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood provided, and a well equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances clean and working well. Free wi-fi was provided, but was very unreliable. I believe that Timberline 24 would be a great place for a comfortable stay any time during the year."
Cool summer retreat - 4 out of 5 stars
"Close to everything in dillon. Great patio with a million dollar view. Very rustic but spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath."
Home away from Home - 5 out of 5 stars
"This is the 4th year I have stayed here and plan to spend many more ski vacations here. The unit is functional and utilitarian. It serves the needs of my family and friends. I like the location and access to the ski areas. It is also very easy to get to shopping areas and restaurants. The view over the lake with the mountain backdrop is stunning. The owner allows me to bring my cat which allows me to extend my ski trip. All in all, I give it an 8 (of 10). The shower I use is a little cramped and an old 4X3 TV set (yikes! these thing still work?). The agents that handle the property are friendly and very easy to work with. The entire check in/out process didn't last 2 minutes. I have recommended this unit to my friends and I hope they enjoy it as much as my family and I do."
Great location and view! - 4 out of 5 stars
"Unit 24 is large enough for two couples to have their own space. The view from the unit is superb. The color scheme and furnishings are very dated. The unit was clean except for it needs sweeping around the baseboards and the front porch, which had not been swept. The large sliding glass doors could use lubricating. The pocket door in the master bath is off the track and has been since we rented the same unit two years ago. Since most of the units in the building are privately occupied, it is difficult to compare this unit with others. We asked for this unit because of the view from it's porch and its proximity to the lake. It is a peaceful location and we enjoyed the stay."
It was nice. - 4 out of 5 stars
