Easy access from I-70. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store and bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

In the summer walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June into September, the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals and the Friday Farmers Market. Near the Summit County bike/rec path which connects all resorts and towns with over 55 miles of paved path. The free Summit Stage bus service is just down the block and connects all towns and resorts.
