Property Description
Snowdance A303 is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Sleeps 4. Updated, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Walk or shuttle to the resort activities, restaurants and shops at River Run, the Mountain House or Keystone Lake Village. It's just 250 yards to the Keystone slopes and the ski/ride school. Views of Keystone Mountain, the Snake River and Keystone Valley. Comfortable living room has large flatscreen, free cable and WiFi. Fireplace does not work. Private southwest-facing deck with small grill and seating for 3. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2. Near the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Lodge wedding venues. Please note: No Smoking of any kind -- cigarettes, cigars, marijuana -- is allowed on decks.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

2 unassigned surface parking spots by permit only, provided at check in. Display permit on rear-view mirror.

Location
This is a quiet location on the Snake River. Located in the heart of Keystone Resort near the Mountain House Base area and Ski and Ride School. Walk or shuttle to restaurants, shops, ski/board/bike rentals. Just 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridg, Copper Mountain or Loveland and 35 minutes to Vail. Winter resort activities include ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides and events at Warren Station.

Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The recreation path which connects to all Summit County towns and resorts is just out the door. In summer enjoy the festivals at River Run Village, mountain biking, golf, hiking, watersports on Keystone Lake, horseback riding and more. Just 7 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

Great location, cute little condo - 4 out of 5 stars

"This is a cute little condo in a great location. Walking distance to Peru chair lift. Unfortunately due to the size, a dishwasher was missing which was reflected by finding some dirty dishes that should have been more thoroughly cleaned by guests (since they had to hand wash they were not thoroughl). Adding a small dishwasher would solve this issue. The rest was all great without concerns - that’s why we returned for a second stay this year. Also, I would suggest adding a lock box for faster entry and exit. A bit cumbersome to have to pick up keys in Dhillon and return them in the morning of departure if you want to ski that day (an extra drive to Dhillon) that could easily be solved by adding a lock box at the door. "

"Great condo location for a Keystone Ski vacation. Condo was great except for the oven. Don't plan on using it to cook anything as it won't hold temperature and has a hard time staying above 250 deg."

"The Snowdance condos don't have all the modern conveniences of the River Run condos. But this is a great location. 5 minute walk to Peru lift and a quick walk to Dos Locos. Lots of space for a one bedroom unit. Sofa bed is quite comfortable and dining room table allows for work to be done. Kitchen is stocked extremely well. Two downsides are the outdoor parking and our unit was on 3rd floor and no elevator. Would definitely stay again. "

Perfect Skiing Getaway - 5 out of 5 stars

"This nice sized 1 bedroom condo is the perfect place to stay in Keystone. Walking distance to the slopes, easy parking, comfy and clean furnishings, this condo has everything you need for your skiing stay. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots/pans and a few dry spices. Couch pulls out into a second bed. We fit 4 but it was a bit tight with all of our bags/gear. We kept our skis/boards in the truck - there is no ski locker available. Summit Resort Group was very easy to work with on reservations and check-in. Would definitely stay there again. "
