PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Snowdance A303 is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Sleeps 4. Walk or shuttle to the resort, activities, restaurants and shops at either River Run, the Mountain House or Keystone Lake Village. It's just 250 yards to the Keystone slopes and the ski/ride school. Views of Keystone Mountain, the Snake River and Keystone Valley. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room has wood burning fireplace, flatscreen, free cable and WiFi. Private southwest-facing deck with bistro table for two. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2. Please note: No Smoking of any kind -- cigarettes, cigars nor marijuana -- is allowed on decks.

LOCATION
Walk or shuttle to the mountain and the ski/ride school. Just 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain. Located right in Keystone Resort. Walk or shuttle to pizza, restaurants, shops, ski/board/bike rentals, nightlife and spa. The indoor complex hot tub is close by in the next building. Winter resort activities include ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides and events at Warren Station. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The recreation path which connects to all Summit County towns and resorts is just out the door. In summer enjoy the festivals at River Run Village, mountain biking, golf, hiking, watersports on Keystone Lake, horseback riding and more.

RESTAURANTS AND GROCERIES
Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
