In the winter it's just 20 minutes to Keystone or Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 35 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail. Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door to find the paved rec path for walking or biking. National Forest trails are nearby. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns. Also easy access to: the Blue River for fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events, Rainbow Park for play and outdoor concerts and the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events.
