Good rental for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. - 5 out of 5 stars
"Overall we were well pleased with our experience at this condo and working with the management company. The condo: was well stocked with supplies, had comfortable beds, was in good condition, was clean upon arrival, and made loading and unloading quite easy with the private garage and elevator. The next-door neighbor was also quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had some issues arise with an appliance not operating properly which was a challenge but ultimately handled by the management company in a professional manner. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo for others to rent."
Summit Resort Group Response:
We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, and apologize for the issues you experienced. We look forward to hosting you again.
River's Edge 16 Silverthorne, CO - 5 out of 5 stars
"The unit is conveniently located in Silverthorne, near the Silverthorne Pavilion, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and fully furnished. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. There is covered parking for 2 cars. The only issue was the elevator which did not work initially. We called the management company which walked us through troubleshooting the problem and were able to use it the rest of our stay. Only the tv in the living room is hooked up to cable. "
Summit Resort Group Response:
We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
Awesome location & views - 5 out of 5 stars
"We stayed with our three grandkids. The Silverthorne rec center, right across the street, was a perfect place for the kiddos to swim off some energy and play. The restaurants, across the Blue are perfect for families. The condo was quite comfortable for five people, although it would be nice to have a place to hang clothes in the master bedroom. The kitchen was very equipped. The private elevator made it very convenient to bring luggage and groceries up to the third floor, although the stair climb is easy too. It would be nice if we didn't have to go to the property manager for the key and return it at checkout. There is a keypad on the door and the garage openers could be kept in the unit to avoid the trip to the property manager. We will certainly be back. "
Summit Resort Group Response:
Thank you for the feedback - the owner would like the check in/out process to remain as-is. There are too many keys and garage door openers that can be lost in the shuffle. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you.
Silverthorne Condo - 5 out of 5 stars
"The condo was excellent. The only thing I noticed was that when I used my curling iron in the master bathroom, the iron would shut off after using about 3 min. Not sure if it was the outlet or not. It works fine at home. There was no code to the elevator and the key did not work in it either. "
Summit Resort Group Response:
We are glad you enjoyed your stay!
Rivers Edge - 5 out of 5 stars
"The unit was great and management company worked with us when husband had an injury and had to use the units elevator. "
Clean & convenient - 4 out of 5 stars
"Great location in Silverthorne, close to most of the (new) shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. and across street from the legendary Mint.Clean 3rd floor unit (will acclimate you to the altitude very quickly climbing those stairs) with excellent selection of beds for creative sleeping arrangements.Only negative was the restriction on use of the super convenient elevator access (have to rent 6+ days to get the code). Also, for our rental the garage remotes did not work (sure mgmt co. will remedy that)"
Summit Resort Group Response:
We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The garage door opener to the building on one side isn't working, but the other one is. The building's management company is working on fixing this.
Wonderful stay in Silverthorne - 5 out of 5 stars
"This condo was very clean, well equipped, and spacious. It was bigger than I expected. The kitchen had everything you need: A coffee maker, Keurig machine, a stand mixer, a coffee bean grinder, pots, and pans. It is located on the 3rd floor but it was fine with us. Figuring out how to get inside the building was very confusing. The instruction paper that I received from the property management company could have been clear. Also, the dumpster in the main garage was hard to find. We were very happy staying in this condo and would highly recommend it. "
Perfect Location - 5 out of 5 stars
"Our family had a wonderful time at this condo and we plan to stay there again next year. The overall location is absolutely perfect for everything you'll want to do. It's right across the street from the Silverthorne Rec Center that has several pools that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. We found several great places to eat just a short walk across the blue river bridge. We were also less than a 20 minute drive from multiple ski resorts. Best of all the condo was very large, accommodating and clean. "
River's Edge Condo - 5 out of 5 stars
"We had a great time. The location was perfect, a short walk to the Blue river and short walk to Starbucks Coffee. Comfortable space and great for our group of 5. Excellent dinner at Sauce on the Blue across the river by a scenic bridge."
Summit Resort Group Response:
This is great! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sauce is one of our favorites, too!
Fantastic Place to Stay!! - 5 out of 5 stars
"The condo was super clean, sylish, and loved having a double garage! Everyone on the trip loved it and I was the hero for booking it! :)"
Nice condo in a convenient location - 4 out of 5 stars
"Shared the property with another family, making for a very comfortable stay with 7 people. Everything was great except that the condo was lacking in crockery (no salad bowl or serving dishes) and a number of the bowls were chipped. Otherwise, highly recommended for a great stay in the mountains. "
PERFECT!!! - 5 out of 5 stars
"This condo is beautiful, extremely clean and super cozy! It truly felt like home and our kiddos loved it! Each room has a DVD player and a couple movies so bring your favorite DVDs to watch during lounge time! Stackable washer and dryer so we could keep all the laundry clean (meaning don’t overpack cause you can re wash your clothes!) Beautiful balcony view and it was located with easy access everything we wanted to do! Starbucks is across the street too so that was wonderful! The garage inside the condo building was super convenient and we didn’t have to drag luggage through snow so that was a huge plus! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this as a place to stay! "
Loved it and would definitely recommend. Hope to be back. - 5 out of 5 stars
" · Fantastic location! Well decorated, comfortable and clean. Directly across from the rec center if you want to swim, workout, sit in hot tub or even the steam room. Very convenient! Starbucks is about 1 minute away! Close to many ski resorts. Made for an amazing ski trip! Tandem garage is a plus as we could leave all our ski gear in garage. · Hard to find the apartment once we located the building. Instructions need to be better. Also, tv was acting up some. Roku seemed to be down. "
