Location
Easy access to the slopes. Just a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Keystone or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. The new Silverthorne Performing Arts Complex that features the award-winning Lake Dillon Theater Company is just across the river over the pedestrian bridge and features live theater, music, art workshops and festivals.
The complex is located on the Blue River, which is a popular fly-fishing stream and it's just across the pedestrian bridge from restaurants, the Silverthorne Pavilion and Cutthroat Anglers fly-fishing shop. The Pavilion is a popular wedding venue and hosts cultural events. The tree-lined Blue River Recreation Trail runs past the property and connects to all towns and resorts in the area. It's an easy walk or bike to the Silverthorne Outlets, restaurants and liquor store. Watch the wildlife and birds that frequent the river corridor. Less than a 5 minute drive to brewpubs, restaurants, shops, sporting goods stores, Target and ski/board rental. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just across the street and accesses all resorts and towns.
