Property Description
Centrally located in Frisco, CO (only 90 minutes from DIA). Prospect Point Townhome 1504A is easily accessed from I-70. A quiet location adjacent to the wetlands surrounding Lake Dillon. The lakeside Summit Rec Path can be used in the winter for snowshoeing or cross country skiing and in the summer for biking or walking access to the Frisco Marina, fine dining, boutiques, and spas on Main Street. Enjoy views of Lake Dillon, the Ten Mile Range, and parts of Keystone, Buffalo, Grays and Torreys peaks from the comfort of this spacious lodging.

The home backs to national forest near Lake Dillon, and features 3 bedrooms plus Den and 3.5 baths, sleeping up to 8 people. It’s a great family-friendly town home with a 2-car attached heated garage and a spacious south-facing deck that overlooks the forest. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, large windows, flatscreen, gas fireplace and plenty of seating. Free high-speed WiFi and cable are included. The large kitchen is built for entertaining, with a dining table that seats 8-9 and a kitchen bar that seats 5. Another deck off the dining area has a full-sized gas grill. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Location
Near all ski resorts -- Just 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Keystone Resort or Breckenridge, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, or Vail and 40 minutes to Beaver Creek. Ski them all from this one central location. In the winter, enjoy the nearby Frisco Tubing Hill and Day Lodge, Frisco Nordic Center and sleigh rides. This is a peaceful location within walking distance to Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Just minutes to all the conveniences on Summit Boulevard: Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, Starbucks, Outer Range Brewing, and many local restaurants. Or venture a little further to the Main Street restaurants, shops, events, and nightlife. For swimming, water slides, hot tub, sauna, basketball, fitness classes, cardio, weights and machines, it's less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Recreation Center.

During the summer, indulge in hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, and all the other great activities this Rocky Mountain get-away has to offer. The adjacent Summit County Recreation Path offers over 55 miles of paved biking and hiking trails that stretch from Keystone to Copper Mountain and around the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon. It's an easy bike or drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, canoe, kayak, and SUP rentals.

"We chose this rental because it was large enough for our family of five plus my parents who were visiting from out of state. It was a comfortable space with everything we needed. We also loved the easy access to the Dillon Reservoir and the multi-use trail. We'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Rental was cute. A bit dated but had everything we needed for a late summer weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has the basics. It was clean. Bathrooms had starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, soap. It's got great bones but could use some updating. Pictures are accurate. Only complaint was having to drive 10 minutes to get keys and to return keys. It would be nice if we could just leave keys in unit instead of driving them back to rental office. Overall, nice stay. "

"A super convenient location. Less than 3 minutes to major shopping and getting onto the interstate, yet very quiet and felt "out in the woods" once you arrived. Trail along the lake is right out the back door. Less than a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain. Loved having a 2 car garage to park out of the snow and made it nice for loading and unloading. Beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Dillon from the LR and Mstr BR. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. Spacious kitchen and living room. Folks were easy-peasy to deal with. One of my sons accidentally left behind an expensive pair of headphones and I received a call less than an hour after we left, letting us know they found them and wanted to know where we wanted them shipped. I would give them 5 stars just for that 🙂 Needless to say, we'll be back!"

"All the ladies in the office were very helpful and considerate when we called with questions before our stay. The maintenance crew kept all the roads throughout the development cleared. The rental itself was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with some condiments and paper products, but could have used some basics like salt, pepper; and some casserole dishes and a crockpot. The layout of the place was a little strange, but we got used to it! We loved the view from the many beautiful windows. The 2-car garage was a great feature. The location was perfect for getting to all the local ski resorts. "
