The home backs to national forest near Lake Dillon, and features 3 bedrooms plus Den and 3.5 baths, sleeping up to 8 people. It’s a great family-friendly town home with a 2-car attached heated garage and a spacious south-facing deck that overlooks the forest. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, large windows, flatscreen, gas fireplace and plenty of seating. Free high-speed WiFi and cable are included. The large kitchen is built for entertaining, with a dining table that seats 8-9 and a kitchen bar that seats 5. Another deck off the dining area has a full-sized gas grill. Near all ski resorts -- Just 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Keystone Resort or Breckenridge, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, or Vail and 35 minutes to Beaver Creek. Ski them all from this one central location. In the winter, enjoy the nearby Frisco Tubing Hill and Day Lodge, Frisco Nordic Center and sleigh rides. This is a peaceful location within walking distance to Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Just minutes to all the conveniences on Summit Boulevard: Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, Starbucks, Outer Range Brewing, and many local restaurants. Or venture a little further to the Main Street restaurants, shops, events, and nightlife. For swimming, water slides, hot tub, sauna, basketball, fitness classes, cardio, weights and machines, it's less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Recreation Center.
