Near Ski Resorts: Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter enjoy the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. Very quick access from I-70.

An easy drive to the historic park and winter festivals. Enjoy quiet and privacy near to Lake Dillon with the convenience of being just off Summit Boulevard in Frisco. An easy walk or short drive to Starbucks, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart and many locally owned restaurants.

In the summer it's an easy walk to the water or jump on the Summit County Rec Path and bike to the Frisco Marina, and Main Street plus all the towns and resorts.
