The condo is directly on Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk right out to a large lawn and the lakefront for adventure and even snow play in the winter. The Rec Path is plowed in the winter for walking and taking in the unbelievable views. Gas fireplace, flatscreen and comfortable seating in living room. Free WiFi and Cable. Fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters and stainless appliances. New dining table seats 8 and kitchen bar seats 3. Entry with extra room for boots and gear. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. The complex has elevator, large parking garage, pool and hot tub.

3 assigned parking spaces in the lower garage (P1). Ski equipment is not allowed in the unit. A ski locker is available in the garage.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Free Summit Stage bus service is 2.5 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.
The condo is right on Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts or the Friday Farmers Market from June to September and the Dillon Marina for SUP, kayak, sailboat and pontoon boat rentals. Very close to City Market, REI, coffee, shops, cinema, parks, restaurants, breweries and the new Vail Health Center. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

"The view from this condo is one of the most memorable views we have experienced. The location was ideal for our 3 day stay, close to bike and walk path, kayaking, restaurants, Sunshine Restaurant for breakfast, and other nearby towns/activities. The condo is large and well laid out. The furnishings and amenities superior. Loved the updated fireplace. We plan on staying there again."

"Our son owns a thrift shop in Silverthorne and so we come out pretty often to visit him and see our grandson. This condo was one of the nicest we have rented. I cooked thanksgiving dinner and had everything i needed except a pie plate! Very clean and the people at Summit were very easy to work with. "

"The view from every window is amazing. No A/C but this was not an issue at all for us, as the weather was perfect. It was cool at night so leaving a window open was all we needed. The amphitheater is within walking distance. Has walking/bike paths all around.Great location. Definitely recommend! "

"It was apparent this condo was completely remodeled in the past year or so including bathrooms, kitchen, and furniture. Great location to bike trail, shopping, grocery store, restaurants,I 70. Best of all, it may have the best view of LakeDillon and mountains than any VRBO you can find. "

"My family had a wonderful stay at Point Dillon 401! The property was well-stocked and very clean. The three bedrooms and three baths was fantastic for a group stay. We enjoyed the use the onsite hot tub and pool as well as playing board games by the fireplace in the evenings. The view of the lake from the property was incredible - on our last day we even saw a double rainbow over the lake during a passing rainstorm. The location of the property is fantastic as we did outings to nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco. There is a City Market and other shops right across the street from the property which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Point Dillon 401 and hope to return again soon!"

"Amazing property with breathtaking views! Nothing like lake and mountain views right out your patio and bedrooms. Clean and everything we needed. There was a little work area with a desk that was an added bonus. It allowed to do some remote work during some downtime. We walked daily for coffee, beer and eats. We had a few questions on our arrival. Communication with property management was fast and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This using is wonderful, and the view is nothing short of amazing. The management responded quickly in replacing items (trash bags and paper towels) quickly. The only suggestion I have is to provide a free-standing toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. The toilet is so close to the wall that it makes in difficult to maneuver. If a free-standing TP holder were provided, guests could move it to a comfortable position. Overall, no one will go wrong by renting this condo unit!"

"We loved staying here. The condo is newly remodeled and is better than the photos with every luxury upgrade. With two teenage daughters, the three full bathrooms (with heated flooring!) were great. The decor was also so lovely. And it has a great view of the mountains. My girls said it was all “insta worthy!” And it is so close to shops, restaurants and I-70. I’ve never stayed in Dillon before but I liked that it was closer to Denver and yet close to several great ski resorts. The underground parking was also great since there was 13” of snow during our stay. Highly recommend!!!"

"We have ever stayed in. The location is perfect with unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and views of the mountains and Keystone Ski Area. Right across the road from City Market, with underground parking and a ski locker. The unit itself was just remodeled with new appliances and furniture. Amazing ceramic floors that look like wood and are heated in the bathrooms. Everything we could have asked for."
