Mountain Vista 117 is a big, beautiful townhouse that features a private hot tub! End unit with attractive furnishings, garage and private deck with grill. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath sleeps 9. The unit is full of windows and views. The large deck overlooks the recreation path and yard area. A private hot tub is great to relax in after skiing or a day outdoors. Leather furniture, gas fireplace and large flatscreen in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Two car garage. The deck off the dining room has a gas grill and views of the Gore Range. Large fully-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for meal preparation and stainless appliances. Kitchen bar seats 4. The dining area seats 6. The deck table seats 4 and the patio next to the hot tub seats 2.

~ Off the garage or using the patio entry, is a separate bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed, flatscreen, and private bath.
