You can't beat the view of Lake Dillon - 5 out of 5 stars

"I will definitely stay in this same room again,especially since having plenty of parking places, an AMAZING Lake Dillon view, close to everything, and nicely decorated!! The only thing..., to those who have a hard time getting to sleep: 1.) no air conditioning, but fans--this is generally typical everywhere, though, so we had the windows and patio door open--the patio door screen would not lock ..., you can hear late night traffic (unless using the high-powered round fan), and the master bathroom has a little knocking in the pipes, upon which I was able to mostly close the retractable hard-curtain, ultimately minimizing the light knocking sound enough,for me,so then I was able to sleep. I loved this unit overall, mostly because it had very impressive, unobstructed views (overlooking a very large grassy area) of Lake Dillon, and enough away that the amphitheater wasn't obnoxious, but just the same, you could here bands, somewhat, when on the patio area--but, when you closed the patio door, you really don't hear it... Loved it, and miss it already!!! 🙂 "

"We stayed in Lake Dillon Condo #204. It was a very enjoyable experience. Just the right size for 2 adults. We've stayed in a few of the Lake Dillon Condos; we selected this condo because we we're seeking a smaller, more cozy condo and with the great view that this condo building provides. We enjoyed the soft cloth furniture and appealing decor. The condo was clean and nicely maintained. The owners should probably replace both mattresses as we found both were "pitted" and made it difficult to for two of us to rest comfortably without rolling into the pit."

"Check in was simple, location just blocks from property management office. Good parking and our place was clean and had everything we needed. View of lake and mountains fabulous and close to walking/bike path and restaurants and bars. Thumbs up!"

Good location, beautiful view - 4 out of 5 stars

"The condo was fine. The tv had a sound board which made a loud buzzing sound until unplugged. Kitchen had lots of plates, glasses, tableware, pots, and cookware. Oven mits are needed. The temperature in the condo got hot and thermostat wasn’t very responsive so we opened the back door to cool things down. Couch was comfy. Beds are on the firm side but also good. "

Great property close to the slopes - 4 out of 5 stars

"I was very happy with this property. Everything was as described. The only downside was that both the hot tub and laundry area were both under construction and out of commission during our stay, and we were given no warning about that prior to booking or arrival. We were compensated nicely with the option of going to any nearby rec center at the property's expense. However, it was still disappointing to come off the slopes expecting to be able to relax at the condo and not be able to. Overall, though, very comfortable and convenient property--would book again if the construction was finished. "

"The view was beautiful - comfortable beds - great location - but the room was super hot! We called the management to come fix it, but they did not. We did not sleep because it was way too hot in the rooms"
