On the Summit County Recreation/Bike Path that connects all towns and resorts. Less than 5 minutes to the Dillon Marina for pontoon, sailboat, speedboat, kayak and SUP rentals. Walk to the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater and Marina Park for summer concerts from June through September. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, restaurants, brewpubs, sporting goods, bike rental, ski/board rental, cinema, Silverthorne Outlets, parks and playgrounds.
