Walk out to the lawn for snow play and strolling on the the Summit County Recreation Path that is plowed in the winter for year-round use. Easy access to the lakeshore from your patio. Flatscreen, gas fireplace and ceiling fan in comfortable living room. Dining bar in the updated kitchen seats 4 and the patio set also seats 4.

~ Master bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan, desk, flatscreen and private bath.
~ Queen Sofabed in living room uses the full hall bath.
~ Both baths have beautiful natural tile.

LOCATION
In the summer the Summit County Rec/Bike path connects all towns and resorts. Just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, Starbucks, ski/board rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, marina, parks, Silverthorne Outlets, cinema and more. Walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for free Friday and Saturday night summer concerts. Easy walk or drive to the Dillon Marina and Tiki Bar. The marina has sailboat, pontoon and speedboat rentals as well as kayaks and SUPs.
