Lake Dillon Condominiums 108 is a ground floor, cleverly designed unit with incredible snow-capped mountain views. Walk out to the patio, snowy play yard, lakeshore and recreation path. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has tile floors in kitchen and bath, wood accents and lake and lodge themed decor. Sleeps 4. Leather furniture in the comfortable living room with a wood fireplace and flatscreen. Free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 4, kitchen bar seats 4. Patio has seating for 4 and a shared gas grill with the next unit.

Just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to all services such as supermarket, REI, Starbucks, ski/board rental, sporting goods, cinema, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, Dillon Marina, parks and more. In the summer walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for free Friday and Saturday night concerts. The Summit County Recreation Path is plowed in Dillon allowing for fun walks with mountain views and star-filled nights.
