Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 105 is a fully updated, beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 4. Well-designed decor with Colorado mountain charm. A blend of modern and vintage furniture. A clever wall with barn doors and shutters separates the Master Bedroom king bed from the twin trundle and sitting room area. The new kitchen features stainless appliances and slab granite countertops plus a six-person dining table. The wood fireplace in the living room adds to the warm charm of this first floor unit. Free WiFi, leather furniture and flatscreen with cable in living room. Patio opens onto lawn and park for summer play or winter snow fun.

Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon.

Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

"Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dillon Ski Condo. It was recently renovated and the decor was charming. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was spotless. We loved the location - beautiful views of the lake and mountains - as well as the wood burning fireplace after a long day on the mountain. It was a great starting point for both Keystone and Vail. Would definitely stay here again. "
