Dillon Condo - 4 out of 5 stars
"A little dated but great location and very comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would rebook it."
Summit Resort Group Response:
Great! We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
View makes it worth it! - 4 out of 5 stars
"The location just can’t be beat! We loved sitting out on the porch when it was raining. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room. The walk in shower was very poorly maintained, cracked and stained. We just didn’t use it, but the other bathroom was fine. But probably the most challenging for us was how hot and stuffy and musty the place was. Even when the doors were open. I’d recommend bringing your own fans if you care about that. There was only one pretty old fan. Wouldn’t be an issue as the weather cools. I think a solid carpet and upholstery cleaning would really help. We’d go back, but we’d bring fans! But you really are in the middle of things at Lake Dillon, which we loved!"
Sailor - 5 out of 5 stars
"Great place to stay. The unit was clean, and has towels, shampoo, and soap. First floor is a bonus since there aren't any elevators. Slight traffic noise in the morning if the sliding door to balcony is open at night, but if it's closed its quiet. I would highly recommend this unit!"
