This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is located near Lake Dillon and all Frisco amenities. Extra windows in the unit make it very light and bright. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a kitchen bar that seats 2. The Dining table seats 6. Comfortable living room with flatscreen, gas fireplace and sofabed. Private deck with a gas grill and seating for 2, faces the mountains. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all activities, shopping areas and ski resorts. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Free WiFi and cable. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Tandem attached garage fits 2 vehicles. Security camera views the exterior of the front door.

Parking
2 cars can park tandem (one behind the other) in the attached garage. Additional surface parking spot by permit only provided. Garage door opener and parking pass in unit.
Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, and 30 minutes to Vail mountain resorts. The Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and sleigh rides are an easy drive. An easy walk or quick drive to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, gear rentals, independent shops, festivals, events and the Frisco Historic Park.
In the summer, walk to the Dillon lakeshore. The Summit County Recreation Path is nearby for biking and walking and it connects all towns and resorts in the area. Walk, bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental. Mountain bike or hike on the Frisco Peninsula. Enjoy Festivals and Live Music on Frisco Main Street. Less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful, central location to relax and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer.
