PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Mountain views. An easy walk to Lake Dillon and the recreation path for year-round access to panoramic mountain vistas. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional, flatscreen and beautiful wood ceiling. Free WiFi and cable. Enjoy the cozy wood fireplace at the end of your adventurous day. Fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and large counters for easy meal preparation. The dining table extends to seat 6 and the kitchen bar seats 3. The covered, private deck can be used year-round and has a gas grill, table and 4 chairs. Patio on the first floor has direct access to the lawn. Free surface parking for 2 vehicles.

LOCATION
Easy access to all ski slopes. Just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. In the summer, walk through the parking area to Lake Dillon and Marina Park. Also an easy walk to the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater with shows from June into September. The Summit County Recreation Path is just across the street and has over 50 miles of paved trails to take you to all towns and activities in the area. The Dillon Marina is just a few blocks away with sailboat and pontoon boat, SUP and kayak rentals. Walk to restaurants, brewpub and parks. The free Summit Stage shuttle is two blocks away. An easy drive to City Market, REI, Starbucks, local sporting goods and snowsport rentals, more restaurants and brewpubs and the Silverthorne Outlets. Dillon plows its Marina Park walking paths in the winter. Look for the Kite boarders and skiers on frozen Lake Dillon. You can also book an ice fishing adventure or bring your own license and gear.

Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
