Great ski condo! - 5 out of 5 stars
"Enjoy being in Summit county in this straightforward unit. Reminder to owner/rental company. Kitchen needs a can opener. Other than that, everything is right on target!"
Summit Resort Group Response:
Thank you - we have purchased a can opener for the unit. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Condo Switch-a-roo - 5 out of 5 stars
"The Dillon Pines rental was a fully functional and convenient stay for a short weekend Summit County ski trip. We had booked a condo in Frisco, but due to a furnace problem had to be cancelled. Summit Resort Group was excellent in communicating and making last minute changes to the Dillon Pines unit. Dillon Pines had easy access and parking. There is a great mud room for ski and snow equipment, but there are stairs between the bedrooms and living areas which may be tricky for some renters. The kitchen is well outfitted for light cooking. The grill did not work, but it appeared to be an easy fix. The only negative is check out. The Summit Resort Group required the keys to be dropped of at the office BEFORE the 10am check out. So you have to plan your day's activities around that drop off. Luckily, we were skiing in Keystone so it was on our way, but if we had been in Frisco or skiing in Breck, this would have been very inconvenient. "
Summit Resort Group Response:
We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience with your original unit. We also apologize for the check-out procedure, unfortunately some of our property owners require these things.

Dillon Getaway - 5 out of 5 stars
"We had a great visit. Really nice place, just wish it had a washer/dryer and jacuzzi access. "
Summit Resort Group Response:
Thank you for the feedback. There is a laundromat about a block from the property, and there is not a community hot tub on site. We are glad you enjoyed your stay!
Good location, clean and convenient - 5 out of 5 stars
"This was a great condo! We skiied over the weekend and this location was close and easy to Dillon Town Center, local ski resorts, local grocery store. The kitchen and living area are upgraded and comfortable."
Summit Resort Group Response:
This is great! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you.
Perfect location - 5 out of 5 stars

Clean and Spacious, but Bad Internet - 4 out of 5 stars
"It was super easy to communicate with the management office and checkin/check out. The kitchen was actually well stocked with decent cookware and knives as well as basic spices like salt and pepper. We had 4 people that slept very comfortably. My one complaint is that the internet was unusable. It was difficult to connect (didn't get connected until our second day there and had to call the management office to walk us through the process). Once connected, the internet was so slow that none of us actually used it. This was fine since we were just there for the weekend, but if you were planning on working remotely here, it probably isn't going to be a viable option. Overall satisfied with our stay, just wanted to issue that warning."
Summit Resort Group Response:
Wonderful! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you. Thank you for the feedback about the internet.
Wonderful rental company, perfect summer/fall location! - 4 out of 5 stars
"Location, location, location! We loved being right next to Lake Dillon. The unit itself was ok, large living space with everything you need to cook/relax, but the layout was odd and dated. We would use Summit Resort Group in the future for a different unit. The check-in was simple, and Nichole in the office was incredibly responsive and helpful. "
First Time to the Rockies! - 5 out of 5 stars
"My family of five loved our Trip to Dillion. The location of the condo was great just a short walk away from Lake Dillion. We went to Rocky Mountain National Park and drove Trail Head Rd. The views from the summit were incredible. We saw Moose, deer, and various other animals as we explored the park. We also drove 2 hours south to Colorado Springs and went to the Garden of the Gods and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this great condo and the location to so many great attractions and views. We hope to be back again sometime. I would highly recommend. "
- 5 out of 5 stars
"Dillion was an awesome place to stay. The condo was comfy and perfect for our family of 5. It was my first time in Colorado and this state did not disappoint. I loved Garden of the Gods and my wife loved Rocky Mountain National Park, especially the drive on Trail Ridge Road. The sights at Glacier Peak and Apline Summit were breath-taking. Additionally we saw multiple Moose and other Wildlife. My kids loved splashing in the lake and riding the Gondola in Breckenridge. We would highly recommend this property and location."
