PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Cross Creek 207 is a spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath in the heart of Frisco on the Ten Mile River. Sleeps 7. Unit was updated in the Fall of 2019 with new beds and mattresses, wood floors, carpeting, light fixtures, living room furniture, high definition cable package, new flatscreens, DVD players and USB ports. Unit is located between the second and top floors with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and light. Granite kitchen counters are large and have a lot of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4. Updated mountain and western decor. The living room features a river rock wood fireplace, leather furniture, flatscreen and free upgraded cable. Free WiFi throughout the unit. Private south facing deck overlooking the river and Mt. Royal with bistro table, Adirondack chairs and grill. Washer and dryer in unit. One car detached garage accessed with separate key and surface parking.

AMENITIES
Beautiful clubhouse with indoor-outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs and foosball table. For larger gatherings there is also a grill and picnic table on the river just outside the condo and a large outdoor picnic grove and grill area.
LOCATION
Walk or take a short drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain biking trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Walter Byron Park is nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful and convenient location.
