"For 12 people, the rental was exactly what we needed in terms of space. Lots of places to lounge around, storage for ski gear, and a decent kitchen to cook. My only suggestion is to switch to digital keys so we don't have to retrieve physical keys 10 minutes away."

Great place for a group - 5 out of 5 stars

"This rental was perfect for our group of 3 families. Everyone had their own rooms with their own bathrooms and the kids shared the 4th bedroom. Great space for gathering without feeling cramped. The hot tub, sauna and pool were awesome. It's a 4 minute walk to the free Summit Stage bus, which so so convenient. We will definitely stay here again."

Great accommodation in Frisco - 5 out of 5 stars

"Excellent, well-maintained accommodation for me and my out-of-state friends. Super easy access to Copper Mountain and restaurants along Frisco Historic Main Street. Great selection of cooking utensils for eat-in dinners. Comfortable beds. Garage door height is sufficient to park the car with a box on the roof. Only issue we noted was drainage from roof creating massive frozen puddle at garage opening. This is really hazardous for walking and should be corrected!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The number of bedrooms and especially bathrooms was great for a larger group. The condo is nicer than it appears in the photos. Our only issue was with the dryer. Towels were taking forever to dry and I think the lint trap & dryer vent hose need cleaning out. All in all- a great visit!"

3 night stay in frisco - 5 out of 5 stars

"We stayed for 3 nights in June with 3 families. This is a beautiful and very spacious and clean townhome. I would say it is better than what the pictures show. Each of the 3 couples had a private master suite and the kids all loved the bunk room which was very large and a good hangout space for them. The pool and hot tub are just outside the front door in a gated area. The pool was quite warm and it was a great place for us to relax after busy days. I would highly recommend this place to larger groups traveling together. If I had any complaint it would be that you have to drive about 10 min away to the rental company location to check in and check out. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience by any means but it would be nice to have a lock box on site as many other rental properties have. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area! "

"WE loved the location close to the clubhouse and the interstate to Copper Mtn for skiing. We wished the outdoor hot tub had been open along with the pool and it would have been nice to have hot tub towels but overall the stay was good and we enjoyed the private bathrooms in every room and the pool table."

Thanksgiving stay 2022 - 5 out of 5 stars

"We used the home as a family retreat for our adult kids and their wives and another relative whi visited from Denver. We prepared the typical Turkey day feast with all of the sides and desserts. We have done alot of traveling and cooking wherever we stay and are always concerned with kitchen equipment and serving ware. This was one of the best stocked kitchens ever! It had everything we needed and more! The house was perfect for our needs and fit all of us comfortably. Especially liked a bathroom for each bedroom. Summit was great and we had no issues. Would stay again with no reservations."

"The rental was the perfect size to accommodate my whole family. Every body loved how they all had their own bathroom in every room and an extra one on main level. It had plenty of seating to accommodate too. The scenery out side the windows was stunning. Three decks was great. Two things not so happy about, the water for showers was chill to luke warm, never got hot. The grill was rickety and barely standing. It was falling apart and filthy. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile."

"This unit had ample space for the eight of us on our spring ski trip. Everything was as described.We were able to walk almost anywhere in downtown Frisco in 10 minutes plus or minus, very convenient to the shops and restaurants on Main Street."

"Our group consisted of 8 people, one married couple, a single woman and five other guys. This place satisfied all of our needs including sleeping arrangements and having five baths made things easy for everyone. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals. The location was great for all of us as we traveled to Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain. This place was excellent and highly recommend it."

"Property was great. Roomy with tons of space and everyone had their own bathroom!! However, when we checked out, we asked the property manager to check the outdoor grill again. (We couldn’t get the back grill to light after a maintenance man had come by to fix it). Also, the inside room temperature was inconsistent - cold in some rooms and hot in others so we asked that be looked into after we left. Minor issues, but as a property owner, I would like to know. We would recommend this place to anyone! We liked it so much that we are now looking to buy in Frisco : Dillon area! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us. "

Great house for family ski get together - 5 out of 5 stars

"The condo/house is very well laid out for a family or group of friends - each bedroom has a bathroom and there is another on the main floor. BBQ is dated and needs replacement. Living room, dining and counter seating is open concept and accommodates 7-9 in total. Walk to downtown and handy garage for storing equipment/food, baggage etc. Only beef is that the condo had "worn/soft"furniture, and was not supplied with sufficient laundry detergent and dishwashing pellets. For $500/night over a week with 10 people the latter seemed a bit "chincy"."

Nice Home for large groups with access to 4 large Ski resorts - 5 out of 5 stars

"Our large group of 12 people had a nice time in Frisco over New years while skiing in Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. All of these resorts are 10 to 20 minutes away and easy to get to. The house was well equipped and maintained and had enough space for all of us. The Management company renting the place did a good job communicating and so the whole trip was a big success."

"This is a gorgeous, well kept and spacious home with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We had 4 adults and six kids (ranging up to 17) and we never, ever felt cramped. The garage was wonderful, contained sleds for the kids, board games and DVD player. Each bedroom has its own bath and TV. The only issue we had was with the cleaning staff. I would let them know their services were no longer needed. The linens were not changed in four of the beds. After paying this much money and driving 16 hours, I wanted a clean bed with ALL of the linens exchanged. The property management team handled it like Pro's and came in to save the day, going as far as getting new items needed for our comfort and just downright cleanliness. The two property management ladies saved the day and our reservation. Thanks again for your help ladies and in rescuing our vacation!"

"  If you are looking for a great value on a place to stay in Frisco then look no further. It worked out perfect for our large group of 14 with plenty of sleeping areas/bedding and plenty of towels, pillows, etc! The condo was very clean and warm and the location was just a short 10 minute drive to Copper Mtn. We definitely appreciated the humidifiers that were in the rooms and we never ran out of hot water even with such a large group. The condo has your bare necessities but don't expect it to have all of your exotic spices and pantry items; you should really make a short trip to the local grocery store with the money you save on the rent!"

"Fantastic place for so many reasons - I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Here are the benefits: -We have had up to 10 people here VERY comfortably -It's incredibly clean -Location is PERFECT, esp for skiing, easy to find, right off 70, very easy and quick access to Vail, Copper, Breck, Keystone, Dillon, etc.. -Great ANY season! We have been there all seasons. -Perfect access to hiking TONS of trails, and the Huffa Puffa and town trail is 2 minutes walk), mountain biking, the lake, bike park, cross country skiing etc.. -Great washer and dryer (this is important to us) -5 sparkling CLEAN showers, great when you have a lot of guests -Bathrooms are CLEAN and modern! -AWESOME highly functional kitchen that is shared with living room so you can have a great time cooking and hanging out with the family and friends. The grill is nice too. A great garage attached for easy access to your car Indoor AND outdoor hot tubs, pool, sauna, game room all right outside the front door! The river is right there, great to sit by and read or enjoy the sun Walk to the quaint downtown in 3 minutes (literally) It's incredibly private and nestled in the trees The owners are incredible. Kind people who take excellent care of the property. Since they actually use it they have thought of everything to make it feel like home, down to the dvd's, board games, cleanliness, spaciousness, location, etc.. This place feels perfect-we have been renting this unit for years. Absolutely no need to look elsewhere."

JUST LIKE HOME -- ONLY BETTER - 5 out of 5 stars

"This is the seventh year my family has stayed at at Cross Creek 100. We keep coming back and have come to regard it as our mountain home away from home. We do large family vacations; with grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren. This is one of the area's few rentals that can adequately house large numbers and multiple age groups, without the very big expense of having to rent a single family home. And, although it's a townhouse, everything is spread across only two floors, so stairs are not a problem. The 4 large bedrooms each have their own full bath. One is an extremely large dorm-type bedroom with multiple beds; perfect for small children or teenagers (who will also love the heated pool just a few steps away). The modern kitchen is also huge and there is a great stone fireplace in the large family room. The townhouse is clean, totally up-to-date and contains all the appliances and amenities any renter would want. All the shops and restaurants in Frisco are a short walk away and 5 amazing ski resorts are located within a 10-to-30 minute drive. We love staying there and will be going back next year. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers."

Just Like Home -- Only Better - 5 out of 5 stars

" Cross Creek 100 is a huge, extremely well kept 2-level townhouse in a great location. It one of the very few rentals (outside of an expensive single family home) that can more than adequately house a large number of guests. There are 5 large bedrooms, each with their own full bath. One bedroom is an extremely large dorm-type room with multiple beds -- perfect for housing small children or teenagers (who will also love the heated pool a few steps away). The modern kitchen is also huge and it (and the house) contain all the appliances any renter would want. Everything in Frisco is a short walk away and 5 amazing ski resorts are onlyl 10-to-30 minutes away. Finally the townhouse is clean and totally up-to-date -- just like my house, but with a terrific mountain view. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers. "
