Pet friendly Cinnamon Ridge II #1 is a ground floor, end unit that is beautifully updated. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 and is just 250 yards to the slopes. Walk or shuttle to the resort and Ski Ride School. Views of Keystone Mountain, river and wetlands. Living room has comfortable seating, large flatscreen, wood fireplace and sofabed. Free WiFI and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen has granite-tile countertops and stainless appliances. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen bar seats 2. High chair in unit. Large covered deck overlooks the valley and slopes and has gas grill, table and seating for 2. Recreation/bike path right out the door. South facing and full of light. Cinnamon Ridge boasts a great combination of location to the slopes, with comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Parking
Undesignated, surface parking spaces for 2 cars is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking passes for your 2 vehicles will be provided at check-in. Display on rear-view mirror.
Location
Walk or shuttle to the Keystone slopes and ski/ride school. Arapahoe Basin is just 5 minutes away, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain 25 minutes. Located along the Snake River near beaver ponds. It is in the Mountain House Base Area of Keystone. Also walk or shuttle to nearby restaurants and River Run Village restaurants, shops and snowsport rentals. In summer enjoy festivals and events at River Run Village, mountain biking, cycling, golf at two championship courses, hiking, horseback riding, kids activities at Keystone Lake and more. Winter resort activities include tubing, ice skating, sleigh rides and events. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in unit, deadbolt and outdoor lighting.

In-state getaway - 5 out of 5 stars
"We had a really nice stay at this conveniently located property. As a couple with one of our older children along, there was sufficient room for us in this efficient 2-BR condo, and we were glad to be able to bring along our 7-mo lab since it was pet friendly. The unit was clean, well-equipped and we liked the in-unit laundry, wood/fireplace, and two bathrooms as convenience and comfort features. The first-floor entrance on the parking side was nice, and the balcony facing the mountains was up one level on the other side for safety and not having a ground-level feel at all. Best features: fantastic view over an open creek/pond basin to the foothills/ski slopes beyond, easy access to walking path behind unit and a 10-min enjoyable walk to River Run village with all of its shopping, restaurants, etc. or a 5-7 minute walk to the Peru lift base area. A few amenities were needed — lighter for fireplace, broken coffee maker— but management said they’d replace. Otherwise an enjoyable comfortable stay we would repeat from our home 2hours away."

"This was the perfect place for us. We wanted a long weekend in the mountains. My husband and kids went skiing/snowboarding at Keystone and I took our dogs along and went hiking at Dillon Lake. It was the perfect location and we enjoyed our stay. So happy we could bring our dogs with us on vacation. We are a family of 4 and this was great for us. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. You can’t beat the location and views. We enjoyed walking along the paved path daily and ending up in the ski village. We were a party of four adults and one toddler. The unit felt very spacious and a plus was the extra windows since we were an end unit. We loved how the unit was decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The unit was clean and the management team was very responsive. A previous reviewer mentioned that the mixer and crock pot were broken. I reached out to the manager because we were planning on cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The replacement items were waiting for us upon arrival! The bathroom shower did leak which was inconvenient but that was the only con. Oh, and we did see a bear run away from the dumpster in the evening when we took the garbage out! In summary, we had a great time and will hopefully return to Cinnamon Ridge. "

"First I’d like to say the response from the summit rental group was very responsive each time I had a question. Note if you arrive on Sunday they are closed at check in time but have instructions to get to/in the condo. The internet was not easy to use, the password was wrong but the person on call that evening was able to come over and get us connected. The condo had a great view of the mountain and wet lands for mornings or evenings on the patio watching the birds and people passing by on the path below. Easy walk to “town center” or “The Lake”. The place was average for cleanliness as is usually the case when it’s animal friendly. Beds relatively comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with miss matched glasses but most things you would need to cook. Crockpot, ice maker and in door water on the fridge and hand mixer didn’t work. "

"Our group of 2 couples found the rental to be perfect for our needs. With two en suites we had plenty of privacy. The location is ideal and we enjoyed walking to Keystone and close proximity to the path. We also really enjoyed the balcony. "

"Nice property with really nice views. Fully stocked with all the household items you need. Check in was easy. Property was as advertised in a good location in Keystone and just a few miles from Dillon. One issue that needs to be addressed is the gas grill. It was not in good shape when we arrived. That said, the maintenance guy Mike was awesome and went to Lowes to buy new grates, flame guards, brush and a stick lighter to light it. So it worked well enough. We really appreciated efforts and attentiveness. But the bottom line is the grill is really on it's last legs...both figuratively and in reality (the right side is sitting on a 2x4 cause the wheel is gone). Other than that very small concern the stay was great and would recommend to any party of 4-6 and would come back again for sure."

"Perfect location, great views! We brought our 3 kids for their first ski trip. Everything was super close. Christy Rentals was a short walk across the street, convenience stores close by, and City Market was close too. Condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen had what we needed as well. The beds were comfy, however, the pillows and linens could be updated. We absolutely loved the condo and would love to come back again! While we were there we enjoyed skiing, the scenic sleigh ride and tubing. Our kids even made snowmen out back! We were sad to leave. Summit Resort Group was so great to work with. Friendly, helpful and easy to reach! Would highly recommend booking through them!"

"This condo had everything that we needed. It was the perfect size for 3-4 people, although there were only two of us. We cooked and watched movies on the big screen TV. The view is lovely and there is a nice walking path just outside along the snake river. (I will definitely be back. A few notes for the management: We could have used cooking oil and more seasonings, the ice/water dispenser on the fridge do not work, the tub in the main bathroom did not drain while showering and the tub spout runs while showering as well. These things didn't affect our stay, but could use some attention.)"

"My wife and I and our dog stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed the condo. Everything worked well (kitchen, wifi, tv, windows, etc), and we loved the balcony overlooking the wetland area. It was spotlessly clean, and all of our interaction with the booking company was clear, efficient, and easy."
