PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Anchorage West 95 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Lake Dillon that sleeps 4. Floor to ceiling windows and stunning mountain and lake views. A mix of modern and antique furnishings. South facing, on the second floor overlooking Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Large private deck with gas grill. Leather furniture and flatscreen in the living room and two large leather swivel chairs which can turn toward the view. Wood burning fireplace. Free WiFi and cable TV. One-car covered parking plus additional surface parking. Community hot tub and summer outdoor heated pool that overlooks the Marina and mountains. Dining table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4. Washer and dryer in unit. All new doors, windows and blinds make this unit warm and cozy.

In the Winter: Just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Centrally located and just minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, snowsport rentals, restaurants, brewpubs, bowling, cinema and parks.
In the Summer: walk right out to the lake. Easy, flat walk to the Tiki Bar and Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals. On the Summit County Recreation Path: 55 miles of paved path that connects all towns and resorts. Bring your bike, stand up paddleboard or kayak.
