Property Description
Condo has been fully updated with beautiful interior spaces. Bright and full of light with floor to vaulted ceiling windows. One of the most amazing locations in Dillon. Anchorage 36 is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath located on Lake Dillon with incredible mountain and lake views. Sleeps 8. Living area has comfortable seating, hanging chair and large flatscreen. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances, a kitchen bar facing the view with 2 stools and lots of room for meal preparation. Dining table seats 8. Spacious entry with outdoor boot bench, indoor gear organizer. Upper floor of this unit is reached by a spiral staircase. Large deck has table for 4 and deck chairs for 6. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. A security camera views the exterior of the front door.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Parking
2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.
Location
The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well-maintained grounds. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, the Coffee Lab, REI, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Rec Path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. In the winter enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon. A wonderful central location.
Winter Adventures: Thrills & Tranquility
When winter arrives, the mountains transform into an adventure playground. Skiing, snowboarding, AT skiing, and split-boarding offer exciting thrills, while snowshoeing and cross-country skiing provide peaceful exploration. Try fat biking or ice climbing for something different, or enjoy the classic fun of sledding, tubing, ice skating, and ice fishing. Hike snowy trails with strap-on traction or relax with winter photography.
Summer Escapes: Nature & Adventure
As the snow melts, the area comes alive with outdoor activities. Explore forest trails or bike the expansive Rec Path on e-bikes or regular rides. For a challenge, go mountain biking or mountain climbing. There is amazing fly fishing in the many streams or rivers or take a guided tour.
The area has 5 world-class golf courses. Or enjoy the 5 disc golf courses! "Great rental — it had everything we needed including plenty of blankets, fans, dishes, etc! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Beds were super comfy, it was clean, and we loved the view of the lake and the mountains from the living room during sunrise and sunset."

"Beautiful place and spectacular view! 2nd year in a row staying there . Could use a little maintenance. The shower door in the master room falls off., the tub upstairs stopper won’t stay up so you stand in water while showering. Minor things. Very clean hope to come back next year"

Anchorage 36 - Nice Stay - 5 out of 5 stars
"Stayed at the unit over spring break 2022 and had a wonderful time. unit is well equipped with most things you would need to feel at home. The building is older but the unit itself has had a lot of updates done to it. Floor plan was great for us, two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs . Also has a nice loft. The lake view is beautiful and it's close to a lot of things. Can be a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot when there is a quite a bit of snow but they keep it clear most of the time. We had a great stay. The only thing that could be of concern is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator access. Wasn't a big deal for us but might be for some. Also, no place to store skis, again wasn't a big deal for us. "

"The view was fabulous! The windows and deck when we got there were dirty and could not see the beautiful view, we emailed and they had people out there the next day as it was later when we got there. The place was exceptionally well stocked, bedding and towels were so clean and soft. Beds were just like home! Location and town were perfect..highly recommended!! Besides the windows and they came out as soon as they could and did a great job! Just can’t get over the view "

"So so happy I went with this place! 2 adults, 3 teens/pre teens. It was a fantastic set up as we had the common area to chill by fire together and eat, but everyone also had their own space for downtime. Not only did they have their own rooms, but their own bathrooms too! That was huge. - my kids rarely see snow so to play with them in all that fresh powder on the frozen lake was great, in addition to enjoy watching them play from the balcony with my warmCoffee was perfect. The stairs were not bad and everyone helped carry luggage and groceries up and down. There is a Kurig and regular coffee maker, firewood, and some toiletries. The location is great - only 10 minutes to Keystone. Being on the lake was a true gift/ sunrises/sunsets- gorgeous view! Definitely recommend! "
