One of the most beautiful locations in Dillon. Anchorage 36 is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath located on Lake Dillon with amazing mountain and lake views. Complex has year-round hot tub and summer outdoor heated pool. Sleeps 12. Decorated in a classic, comfortable style. Living area has vaulted ceilings, two-story windows, comfortable seating, wood burning fireplace and flatscreen. Free Wifi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters and lots of room for meal preparation. Dining table seats 6. Spacious entry with outdoor boot bench. Upper floor of this unit is reached by a spiral staircase. Large deck has gas grill, table seating for 4 and deck chairs for 6. South facing deck can be used year-round. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

LOCATION
The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well maintained grounds. Big lawn for play in winter or summer. Common outdoor hot tub with mountain views and outdoor heated pool open in the summer only. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location.

Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
