Riverside Drive 165 is a true cabin on the river! This beautiful, contemporary 2 bedroom, 1 bath A-frame is nestled in the trees right on the Blue River. A private location -- yet has easy access to town -- the best of both worlds. Sleeps 4. Comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace in living area. Fully equipped kitchen with large bar and counters for easy meal preparation, Keurig and regular coffee makers. Wood floors and ceiling give it that beautiful warm feeling. Dining table seats 2 or 4 and kitchen bar seats 2. Big deck with gas grill facing the river. Outdoor deck furniture seats 4. Or enjoy dining at the picnic table on the river. Firepit, hammock, swing chair, seating, in lawn area. Washer and dryer in the cabin for convenience.

2 surface parking spots are by the side of the house. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Minutes to Silverthorne, local restaurants and brewpubs, gear rentals, sporting goods, Target and the Silverthorne Outlets. Easy access to the Raven Golf Course, Silverthorne Recreation Center, Silverthorne Performing Arts Center and Silverthorne Pavilion. Just 7 minutes to Lake Dillon, 15 minutes to Frisco or Keystone Resort, 20 minutes to Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge. Down the street, access the Summit County Recreation Path for biking and walking. A wonderful summer retreat. Just out the door is renowned fly fishing on the Blue River. Blue River is catch and release only! A fisherman's paradise.

Adorable hidden gem, private along River, cozy for a few - 5 out of 5 stars
"This little A-frame cabin is adorable, stocked with all of the kitchen supplies needed to stay for a while. The outdoor area is nestled in some trees providing shade, but also sun, and equipped with so many seating options. I loved the hammock and the swinging bench. The little river is, everything needed to check out from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The deck has a barbecue, dining set and is surrounded with adorable, string lights. The bedrooms are practical. Everything else in the house is so cute! The house is due for a deep clean, but all of the usable spaces were clean. We were pleasantly surprised that you could not hear the cars from the road nearby. This place was so special!"

"Cabin was just as pictured snd more secluded than some of the other reviews identified. I never saw a neighbor while we soaked up the outdoors, but we did see an moose and her calf, an elk and two different foxes. Cabin was secluded enough to make you feel like you here camping in the mountains but close to town for golf, groceries and restaurants. Being right on the river was my favorite feature!"

Simple cabin on the river - 5 out of 5 stars
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this A-frame along the river in September! The beds and the bedding were very comfortable. There were fans in the upstairs and downstairs closets so we were able to open the windows at night and maintain a cool enough temperature (It was still 80 degrees during the day during our stay). I went to do laundry at the end of our trip and was unable to find laundry detergent. There was fabric softener and stain remover but I could not find detergent anywhere. Perhaps I just missed it. I was able to make do pretty well with the cooking utensils in the kitchen although there is no tea kettle (this isn't a huge deal, but I like to know!). We did see a fox come visit the yard every night, and observed some deer across the river! It was quiet and the hammock is super comfortable. There are several games in the closet, most notably Jenga and Scrabble, which we enjoyed. The cabin itself is a basic older cabin but it was comfortable and the space was just perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again! We never went to town but it was close enough that we could have easily if we'd wanted to. The views are so beautiful from the back porch and by the river, we had no desire or need to leave at any point. "

"Absolutely wonderful! The view from the front porch was beautiful. It was so peaceful to sit by the river and enjoy the cool fall days. Husband even enjoyed a little fly fishing!The A frame cabin was cute and cozy, perfect place to come back to after a day of adventures or just hang out and relax for the day!We would definitely love to return to this location!Rental company was fantastic as well, great communication and easy check in."

"We truly enjoyed this cabin on the Blue River. You feel very secluded, but yet you are very close to everything you need. The Mountain View is amazing. We saw several Mule Deer, Fox and a Moose. They actually walked right through the front the front lawn. The blue river is very pretty and listening to it is very relaxing. The sun shines on the mountains in the morning and create back lightning at sunset. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Three of the deer crossed the river and the moose on a different day also crossed the river. It was really cool to watch natural nature happening within a few feet or a few yards away. Awesome"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin and would recommend it to anyone and everyone considering a trip to Colorado. It was secluded, but also literally four minutes from Target, a fabulous grocery store, and so many wonderful restaurants. Frisco is an adorable town only ten minutes away, with tons of cool shops and restaurants, and Breckenridge is a quick 20 minute drive. What more could you ask?! We spent quite a bit of time at the cabin during our stay, simply enjoying the view from the porch and walking around the property, then cozied up near the wood-burning stove in the evenings. We're already trying to figure out when we can return! "

Beautiful property with the Blue River flowing through the front yard. - 5 out of 5 stars
"Comfortable house with amazing views of the mountains and Blue River. We saw wildlife every day...a moose on the first night, deer, families of ducks...a fox (I think). The kitchen is comfortable and I was able to make meals easily. The front deck was a comfortable place to have breakfast and dinner. It is close to the Silverthorn Outlet malls, Target and many grocery stores. Tons of outdoor activities are close by. The only thing that wasn't comfortable was that the hot water heater must be very small. Only enough hot water for 2 fast showers at a time but this didn't make the stay uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The pictures don't do this house or property justice."

"165 Riverside was amazing. We loved being right on the river and seeing deer in the yard daily. My daughter spent a ton of time in the hammock right by the river. The bed upstairs was a little harder than we’re used to, but we got used to it. Very clean, very quaint, quiet location. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!! "

"We had a great time staying at this relaxing little cabin! We spent each morning out by the river...it felt very secluded yet was very convenient to everything we wanted to do! It was a great base home as we explored Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail!! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed, including Netflix ;)"

"This place was just as pictured. What the pics don't capture is the sound of the small river running at the end of the property. Started and ended each day with by the river sitting in the chairs provided with the house looking at the mountains, and listening to the water run by. Beautiful sunsets over the mountain tops. House was very clean and well equipped. Location is great. 10 mins out of town and shopping and you feel like you're miles away in the mountains. Only one neighbor house visible (barely) and no one was ever there. And if they were I doubt you'd hear or see them. Would totally go back."

"Everything about the location was what we were looking for. Big yard, on the River, secluded from neighbors, next to bike paths, close to Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, wood burning stove inside, fire pit outside, lots of wood, gas grill on the deck. We went with our 2 kids, so 4 total and it was fine since we were outside most of the time. 1 bathroom can be a bit tight for 4 people and the upstairs sliding door was broken, so got a little warm at night. Everything else was great!"

"Went up for a short weekend getaway with another couple. Home was clean and well kept. Super close to town so if you've forgotten anything it's only 7 min away. Tge dishwasher isn't the greatest so if you plan on staying for a long time, be sure to have cleaning products."

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this cabin. Had everything we needed to cook without issue. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to me. The smart TV is great, as it allowed us to sign into our own accounts to watch our favorite shows at night relaxing. We did spend a lot of time on the porch watching the river. Beautiful cabin and area."

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable and relaxing to sit and listen to the river. Check in was at 4pm and when we arrived at 4:15 it was still being cleaned. We left for a bit and returned at 5 as she was just finishing. No hairdryer in the house but everything else we needed was available."
