Lookout Ridge 102 is a large 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhome that is central to it all. Sleeps 6. End unit with extra windows and light. Walk or drive to Dillon restaurants, REI, City Market, Starbucks, cinema. An easy drive to all mountain resorts and the Silverthorne Outlets. One car heated garage, 2 large community hot tubs and a covered deck with gas grill make this unit a fun and easy place to stay. Decorated with Colorado and ski accents. Living room has gas fireplace, flatscreen, ceiling fan and queen sleeper sofa. Free WiFi and cable. The log column and river rock fireplace have a great mountain feel. Fully equipped granite tile kitchen with lots of counter space and a kitchen bar that seats 2. Dining area seats 6.

In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail and 45 minutes to Beaver Creek. A great central location. Centrally located to all services such as supermarket, REI, Starbucks, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, movie theater, bowling, parks and more. Walk to the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June through September.

Bring your clubs because 5 world class courses are minutes away. Less than 5 minutes to the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals or to the Farmers Market and nearby parks and playgrounds. You can walk to nearby shops and up the street to Lake Dillon Drive for walking access to concerts at the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater. Nearby winter activities besides skiing/riding include cross country skiing or snowshoeing, sledding/tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling and more.
