Blake - AirBNB - 5 out of 5 stars
"Awesome place that’s really spacious with great views. Close to everything Dillon has to offer as well as Silverthorne. Would buy again."
Robert - AirBNB - 5 out of 5 stars
"303 Dillon is an amazing property! The views are stellar and the location is central. Short walk to restaurants, bars and the town of Dillon. We walked up and checked out the ice castles and bowling ally. In the summer the marina is right there as well. We were able to prepare multiple meals at the condo with the amenities in the kitchen. Although it was cold it was really nice to have the large porch overlooking the lake. Would definitely stay again!"
Wonderful view! - 4 out of 5 stars
"My daughters and their husbands and kids really enjoyed their stay at this property! The main living area provided plenty of space for us all to gather for dinner and family games afterward! We loved the view if the lake!"
Great location, great view and spacious - 4 out of 5 stars
"The unit was very spacious with a fantastic view and was located very close to grocery stores and restaurants. It easily accommodated our group of 6 (all unrelated). I would definitely rent this unit again. The only slight drawbacks, which prevented me from giving the unit a 5 star review are that entire building is a bit dated, the kitchen did not have any, spices, condiments, sugar, etc. at all and it got a bit warm overnight even with the thermostat seemingly turned down to 65. Special recognition to the Summit Resorts Group staff for not being upset that I forgot to check out and took the unit's keys back to Denver. They were understanding and cordial when I informed them of my mistake and I simply mailed the keys back to them."
WOW! - 5 out of 5 stars
" - W.O.W. has been here again!! Thank you for keeping us again. We love being here and look forward to next year already as we pack our bags and get one last look out our beautiful window. "
Thank you! - 5 out of 5 stars
" - Thank you for allowing us to share your mountain home. For over 30 years, my family has been blessed to stay in your home. We had most wonderful conversations, food and laughter. Please allow us to continue to make lovely memories. "
Very Nice - 4 out of 5 stars
"Very nice condos and excellent customer service. The only complaint I have is that there was no Air Conditioning in either condo we had reserved. We stayed during an unusually warm couple of days and had to leave the doors & windows open all night. Hard to imagine a condo without A/C in the 21st century but this is 9,000 feet elevation in the Rocky Mountains and it rarely gets hot."
Great property, great view! - 4 out of 5 stars
"We loved everything about this place, clean, spacious and well-appointed. The only downside is that this unit does not have a washer/dryer in it."
Great view, comfortable, kitchen needs work - 4 out of 5 stars
"The view is spectacular, beds and couches are comfortable. Wi-fi didn't work at first and neither did the dvd player, but we were able to fix them. Kitchen needs to be redone as it is very dated. Also, had to ask for sufficient pans and cookware for our stay. There were no pot holders and one of us got burned due to that. Also, lacking dish washer detergent and dish soap. Beautiful with lots of potential, but it needs a little work."
Absolutely perfect! - 5 out of 5 stars
"Our experience was absolutely perfect! Our unit was so pretty, and clean and so spacious! The view was even more beautiful than the pictures made it seem. The condo had everything we needed from towels to kitchen wares. We will definitely be back!"
Favorite condo in Dillon! - 5 out of 5 stars
"I was in charge of selecting a condo for a gals' weekend at we all loved this condo! We selected it for its spectacular views, and hadn't realize how well-appointed it was also. I've stayed in several Dillon condos over the years, and will stay at this one from now on. It even had an elevator, which was convenient."
Loved it!! Beautiful - 5 out of 5 stars
"8 of us Travelling from NJ. Perfect stay! We are all in our mid twenties, and could not of chosen a better spot. Everything was clean, open and spacious. If we ur got something there was a pantry full of extras. Extravagant view and close to everything. Beautiful view of a lake and mountains!!"
Great Christmas - 5 out of 5 stars
"Super choice for Christmas break. Perfect way to keep middle school kids busy on slopes, then tired and sleepy later. Who could ask for more???"
Condo better than pictures! - 4 out of 5 stars
"This condo was very nice, with a million dollar view! Actual Condo was much nicer than pictures portrayed. We will definately be back. "
Great 5th of July weekend - 4 out of 5 stars
"Had a great weekend in 303 with our family! The fact that your property is so close to the outlets, the grocery store and Lake Dillon makes this a tough property to beat."
Great view, easy access to drive to many mts - 4 out of 5 stars
"The space was larger than I expected, and the great room ( kitchen plus dining room plus den) was perfect . The view of the lake and mountains was lovely. We also appreciated the large tv. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, although there were no spices. We were slightly off season, so not sure of the noise level during the height of ski season. "
Great View of Lake Dillon and spacious condo. - 4 out of 5 stars
"Condo had recently-redone bathrooms; they were very nice. Nice and roomy with plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. (maybe too many as there wasn't any closet space to put your own supplies of food, etc.), but no big deal. Did not like the fact that your balcony was not private, people could walk right onto your balcony to get to the stairs, which meant you couldn't leave your patio doors open when you were gone, or at night to get the cross breeze (no aC in unit-bring your own fans). Also, I feel it is a safety issue as well, as anyone could come up there. Other than that, the public grassy park right outside the unit could be noisy, depending on how many people are out there and how many kids are playing around. If you don't mind that, then the unit is really a nice one."
Always on the Lake - 5 out of 5 stars
"We've been visiting Dillon for over 20 years. The Summit Resort Group people are fabulous. Everything is most complete when be wake up to a stunning view of Lake Dillon. "
Beautiful location! - 4 out of 5 stars
"This unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. Beautiful location - right on the lake! Huge covered deck was amazing, and the bedrooms were large. We were with another family and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole unit was beautifully appointed. We would stay here again for the view alone!"
Unsurpassed view - 5 out of 5 stars
"Lovely condo... amazing to view the changing weather as it passed across the Dillon reservoir. Very clean, wonderful furniture. Frustrating that the barbecue tanks were empty. Condo web site and Summit staff advertised that it had a King bed and it didn't!!! We were offered another condo IN Frisco, but were not willing to give up the view---feel that we should have been offered a discount/ gift certificate??? Our planning was based on the King size bed. We were told that it was an error and that it was corrected...just didn't help our stay!"
UNA SEMANA EN DILLON EXCEPCIONAL - 4 out of 5 stars
"APROVECHO LA OPORTUNIDAD QUE ME DAN PARA EXPRESARLES LO FORMIDABLE QUE PASAMOS EN EL APARTAMENTO. TODAS LAS COSAS ESTABAN EN SU LUGAR, Y TODO FUNCIONO PERFECTAMENTE.. MUCHAS GRACIAS DANIEL DURAN Y FAMILIA"
Nice accomodations, great view and convenient to the slopes. - 4 out of 5 stars
"We spent our time in the condo relaxing and enjoying the view between ski trips to Keystone and Breckenridge. Some of us walked out to the lake and onto the ice. The rest of us just stayed in the warm and watched the big screen TV. I'm sure the game room was nice, but I never got a chance to check it out. We were glad you had an elevator. That was a plus. And it was close to restaurants, theaters and shopping. Overall, a great place to stay for a family ski vacation."
