Lagoon Townhomes 742D is an updated, beautiful, spacious unit with pond and mountain views. Sleeps 4. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath is located near the lake and all Frisco amenities. Extra windows in the kitchen make it very light and bright. The fully-equipped kitchen has quartz counters and a large kitchen bar that seats 4 and makes it easy to prep meals. The dining table seats 10. Tile wood floors throughout. Open great-room design has comfortable living room seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all activities and ski resorts. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Free WiFi and cable. Two private decks -- one with a small gas grill off the dining area. Second deck is off the master bedroom and has 2 hanging chairs and 2 lounge chairs that face the pond and mountains.

Parking
Parking is on a surface lot by permit only. Garage is for owners use only, but you can park in front of the garage. Caution: snow and ice will fall off of the roof in the winter. Additional spots are open around the parking lot.

The complex is built for convenience with a large indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and fitness room plus an outdoor tennis court and picnic area. Clubhouse also has a large gathering space and catering wet bar.
Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone and 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and just 30 minutes to Vail. Easy drive to the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. An easy walk or quick drive to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, gear rentals, independent shops, festivals, events and the Frisco Historic Park.
In the summer, walk to the Dillon lakeshore. The Summit County Recreation Path is nearby for biking and walking and it connects all towns and resorts in the area. Walk, bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental. Mountain bike or hike on the Frisco Peninsula. Enjoy Festivals and Live Music on Frisco Main Street. Less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful, central location to relax and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer.
