Parking
This unit has a 2 car heated garage plus additional 2 surface parking spaces. Parking is available in the garage or the driveway. Do not park on town streets.

Location
Walk or take a short drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown shops. Near the Summit County Recreation Path which has 55 miles of paved paths. Selected sections are also plowed in the winter. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. Just 7 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A beautiful and convenient location. Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Safeway, Walmart and many other shops, restaurants and gear rentals are also available on Summit Boulevard. In the winter it's only 10 minutes to Copper, 20 minutes to Keystone, Breckenridge or Loveland, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides.
