Great time in Dillon - 5 out of 5 stars

"We had a great stay in our townhouse. Two adults, 6 kids, plenty of room for all. Everything was easy and comfortable. Would gladly stay here again!"

Really Nice Condo, Great Location - 4 out of 5 stars

"Overall, this was a really nice, new condo with great furnishings in a wonderful location! Pros & cons are listed for anyone considering this property, but despite all the cons we would most likely stay here again.Pros: LOCATION is a 0.5 mile walk from Lake Dillon & about 0.75 miles from the amphitheater & park. Restaurants, grocery, & shops are all very close as well. The CONDO was clean, felt very new, & the furnishings were great. The kitchen was mostly stocked with the utensils & dishes needed. It was nice to have a garage to store our bikes in. Each bedroom had a fan & a humidifier available, which was so nice! Also, the beds & linens were very comfortable.Cons: The CONDO upper deck was a mess. Besides there being drop cloths and painting supplies on the top deck, it was dirty & disheveled. The view was not great either so we were bummed to not spend any time out there at all. The lower deck was pretty useless, as there wasn't any furniture. A few days there was a painter banging a big ladder up & down the condo walls & painting right outside the windows & standing around on the back decks. It was a nuisance. The KITCHEN didn't have a whisk or rubber spatula. Not a huge deal, but definitely a simple thing we missed having. The PET POLICY was very misleading as the listing stated no pets allowed. The confirmation email stated it was a pet friendly condo. I emailed to confirm we could bring pets & the first email said no. The 2nd email said yes, we could bring them. Then someone called me to say we could not bring them. THEN, once we arrived at the condo, most of the living room furniture was covered in white pet hair that stuck to our clothes. Frustrating to say the least. There was confusion about how to get in the GARAGE & it took 3 days before they produced a garage door opener and a garage code. Lastly, 2 of the 3 BEDROOM beds sheets were on inside out & upside down. No biggie, but maybe mention that to your cleaner."

Family Ski Trip - 5 out of 5 stars

"This location was the perfect fit for our family - Our younger kids, us and my parents. The extra area downstairs was great for the kids to play in and they enjoyed the yard out back with all the snow. Very convenient location near everything and short drive to the ski area. Clean and nicely furnished. We would stay here again! Thank You!"
