Second deck on the ground floor is fenced and has a small play area as well as a gate out to the grounds. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. On the Summit County Rec Path that connects all towns and resorts and is plowed in the winter for walking.

Parking
Only 2 spaces are allowed -- 1 in the garage and 1 in a designated parking space 4 spots from the end of the parking lane. Parking passes are provided at check-in. The unit number is on the pavement, but in the winter you may need to count from the end using the pole reflectors that mark the parking lines. We provide a map to show the exact spaces. These are the only 2 spaces available.

In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Loveland, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Centrally located to all services such as supermarket, REI, Starbucks, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, shops, outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, movie theater and more.

Less than 5 minutes to the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals or the summer Farmers Market and nearby parks and playgrounds. You can walk to nearby shops and up the rec path to concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater. Nearby winter activities include cross country skiing or snowshoeing, sledding/tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling and more. Dillon has new groomed lake loops for flat cross country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking on the frozen lake plus new ice skating and hockey.
