First — We hope you are safe and healthy. We want you to feel comfortable booking future stays, so rest assured our cancellation policy is fluid and adaptable. If you are planning a summer vacation or fall or winter stay, we want you to feel confident that we won’t hold you to an unreasonable cancellation procedure. We want you to know that if the COVID-19 Virus continues to disrupt travel, Summit Resort Group will allow close-in cancellations with a full refund. We are still taking full payment 30 days prior to your stay. But that amount is not at risk if travel restrictions are put in place or you fall ill before your stay. If you are uncomfortable or uncertain about your reservation, please cancel sooner than later to allow us the chance to rebook that unit. If you booked through a channel, use the cancellation request button in your account to request cancellation of your stay. We will issue a full refund and ask that the channel refund your traveler service fees.
