What To Do In Summit County for the 4th of July

The closest Fireworks displays are in neighboring counties. The Avon celebration at Nottingham Park is actually on Wednesday July 3 with live music starting at 6 pm and fireworks at 9:45 pm. (about 40 miles from Dillon).  Kremmling’s Fire Up The Cliffs starts at 9:30 pm and viewing is from Town Square in town. (39 miles). Leadville’s fireworks start at dusk and are visible all through town.  Set off from the hill near Colorado Mountain College.
