Timber Ridge 122 is a beautifully updated condo with a large clubhouse in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne. This 2 bedroom plus Loft, 3 bath sleeps 8. A great place for families -- kids will love the bunk loft with teepee. Incredible mountain views from the living and dining room. You can almost reach out and touch Buffalo and Red Mountains. Fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and lots of counter space. Dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. The deck has a gas grill and patio seating for 4. Mountain modern decor that is so comfortable to enjoy. Living room has a flatscreen and eco-candle fireplace, free cable and WiFi. Clever hall area has boot bench and storage for gear. Just 20 minutes to Keystone or Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 35 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail. Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries, Starbucks and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door and across the street to find the paved rec path for walking or biking and National Forest Trails. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns. Also easy access to: the Blue River for fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events, Rainbow Park for play and outdoor concerts and the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events.
