Silver Queen West 7134 is a beautifully updated, large unit in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne across the street from the rec path and near trails. Great for remote workers! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath has wonderful furnishings with fun Colorado themed touches. Sleeps 6. Living room has a large flatscreen, leather seating, wood fireplace, free cable and WiFi. Guests must bring their own wood for the fireplace -- wood kits are available at the local supermarkets. A great place for families. Views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need and a dining table that seats 6. The deck has a gas grill and patio seating for 2. Entry area/laundry room has storage cubes for gear and a washer and dryer for convenience. Located on the 3rd floor. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spaces with parking passes. The free Summit Stage bus system which connects all towns and resorts has a bus stop at the end of the drive. The Silverthorne Outlets are just at the bottom of the hill.

LOCATION
Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries, Starbucks and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door and across the street to find the paved rec path for walking or biking. National Forest trails are nearby. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns. Also easy access to: the Blue River for fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events, Rainbow Park for play and outdoor concerts and the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events. In the winter it's just 20 minutes to Keystone or Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 35 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail.
