Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door and across the street to find the paved rec path for walking or biking. National Forest trails are nearby. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns.
