Beautiful, Comfortable Home by Both Mountain Stream and Downtown - 5 out of 5 stars

Great condo layout - 4 out of 5 stars

"Great condo, extremely clean, well located in a quiet location a couple blocks off Main Street in Frisco. Loved the 4 bedrooms/baths upstairs, nice living area, well stocked kitchen, lovely patio although it needed a good cleaning. Picking up and dropping off the keys in Dillon was inconvenient, perhaps the owner should consider a lockbox on the condo for your customers convenience. Otherwise, would not hesitate to rent this unit again."

Nice, roomy place - 5 out of 5 stars

"My family stayed here for our ski trip. We chose the Frisco location because it is centrally located to the surrounding ski resorts. We had fun skiing in Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone. This place is roomy. I love The bunk bedroom that has a set of twin bunk beds and 2 queen beds. We have several kids and they love being able to share room. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and a few spices and it was great for us to make dinner when it was too cold to venture out at night."

Clean and comfortable condo - 4 out of 5 stars

"This is a spacious and well-furnished condo in a nice location a few blocks from the center of Frisco. The beds are very comfortable. The patio overlooks a creek and the area is quiet with no obvious noise from nearby I70 traffic. However, there is another unit above this unit so you may have some noise from upstairs neighbors as we did. The kitchen is mostly well equipped although there is only a two-slice toaster and no toaster oven. There are plenty of dishes for a large group and a reasonable number of pots and pans for cooking. We had a small problem with the electric stove, which was fixed the same day we reported it to the management company. There is an attached garage; however, the owners provide no remote entry device and will not provide the outside keypad code so you have to go into the house to open the garage from inside, an inconvenience. We spent 10 days here and would happily come back. "

Frisco - 5 out of 5 stars

"We had a great time in Frisco. Our house was so roomy and comfortable, the pictures don’t do this place justice. Very nice! Loved having a bathroom attached to every bedroom... total bonus! Heated garage for all of our ski things. Although we didn’t get the bus system figured out, it was great to stay in Frisco opposed to Breck. Very cute town. Thanks for the great place for our ski weekend!"

Great location in Frisco! - 4 out of 5 stars

"  This is a great location at a good value. I had my three children and their spouses plus four grandchildren all there at the same time. Plenty of space and perfect bedding and bathroom accommodations. Very nice condition and plenty of privacy. Very comfortable beds. Everything works as it should. Nice pool and close by. Down side is parking can be alittle congested and carpet along with a few other small things are alitlle worn. Overall I would rate 4 of 5 stars. Really is anything actually perfect?    "

The Condo was Awesome...Management Co. not so much! - 3 out of 5 stars

"We stayed in the condo for 3 nights and it's a perfect setup for 2-3 families. Well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (even some spices, ziplocks, coffee filters, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, etc). So I'll just say that the owners have done a wonderful job making this condo very welcoming, comfortable and easy to stay for a long ski weekend. However, there are several issues with the management company that made the stay a bit frustrating. First off, we got the keys on the day we arrived and didn't get to the actual condo until after we skied a full day on the slopes. So it was around 4pm when we just wanted to get into the condo and do hot tub/pool, etc. The keys that were given to us were the wrong set (both keys). We didn't want to drive all the way over to Dillon to get the correct keys, so we contacted the management co's office and they tried to contact the local on-site maintenance man. We waited 25 minutes and then WE had to call back to get a status. They told us they couldn't get ahold of the guy, so they were going to have another maint. guy bring the keys over to us. We ended up waiting 1hr 30 minutes just to get into the condo. The sidewalk/driveway were full of ice/snow (even though when we arrived, the snow shovelers were there but didn't seem to be doing anything). Once we had 1 key that worked (from the maint. guy) we called the emergency number to have another key delivered to us the next day. We never heard a thing from the management co. and never got our second key. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the pool and hot tub on site. Well, the first night we were there the hot tub was barely 100 degrees and the pool was likely 103 degrees. Then the second and third nights the temps seemed to get even worse - hot tub 98 and pool 106. (The third night they even roped off the pool). Therefore, we couldn't use either! Finally, there weren't enough towels in the condo. Yes, there were enough for each bathroom for a shower but when pool towels aren't provided, it makes it hard to use one towel for both hot tub and showering. It would've been nice to have a few extra towels in each bathroom for this scenario. Of course, there is laundry in the condo but still not convenient if you're doing both hot tub and showering every day! We mentioned all of this to the mgt co. on the way out after dropping the key off and they said they'd talk to a manager but we still haven't heard anything. Great place otherwise! Thx."

Beautiful, Spacious Home! - 4 out of 5 stars

"There were three families that stayed in this beautiful home and there was more than enough room for everyone! To have the windows open and just listen to the creek that was right by the home was so relaxing. The home was very clean and had all of the necessaties!! The location was perfect from downtown (two blocks) and we walked when ever we went downtown! Going to the Marina that again was just a short distance was a great experience also. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was nice to have and use during our stay!! The only "issue" (if u really want to call it that) was the downstairs toilet, you had to hold down the handle a little bit to get it to flush. Also, we were brought a gas grill but it did not work. Overall this property is amazing!!"

Great vacation home for large groups - 4 out of 5 stars

"We really enjoyed staying at Cross Creek 102. The property is spacious and well maintained. The bedroom/bathroom space is especially convenient. We had 12 people and all fit well. The hot tub is a few steps away and very convenient. The outdoor hot tub was not warm enough to use. The workout room is minimal and was very dirty. Otherwise, we would definitely book again."
