Excellent! Thank you - 5 out of 5 stars
"A+...spacious, clean and most convenient. "
Great location in Frisco! - 4 out of 5 stars
" This is a great location at a good value. I had my three children and their spouses plus four grandchildren all there at the same time. Plenty of space and perfect bedding and bathroom accommodations. Very nice condition and plenty of privacy. Very comfortable beds. Everything works as it should. Nice pool and close by. Down side is parking can be alittle congested and carpet along with a few other small things are alitlle worn. Overall I would rate 4 of 5 stars. Really is anything actually perfect? "
The Condo was Awesome...Management Co. not so much! - 3 out of 5 stars
"We stayed in the condo for 3 nights and it's a perfect setup for 2-3 families. Well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (even some spices, ziplocks, coffee filters, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, etc). So I'll just say that the owners have done a wonderful job making this condo very welcoming, comfortable and easy to stay for a long ski weekend. However, there are several issues with the management company that made the stay a bit frustrating. First off, we got the keys on the day we arrived and didn't get to the actual condo until after we skied a full day on the slopes. So it was around 4pm when we just wanted to get into the condo and do hot tub/pool, etc. The keys that were given to us were the wrong set (both keys). We didn't want to drive all the way over to Dillon to get the correct keys, so we contacted the management co's office and they tried to contact the local on-site maintenance man. We waited 25 minutes and then WE had to call back to get a status. They told us they couldn't get ahold of the guy, so they were going to have another maint. guy bring the keys over to us. We ended up waiting 1hr 30 minutes just to get into the condo. The sidewalk/driveway were full of ice/snow (even though when we arrived, the snow shovelers were there but didn't seem to be doing anything). Once we had 1 key that worked (from the maint. guy) we called the emergency number to have another key delivered to us the next day. We never heard a thing from the management co. and never got our second key. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the pool and hot tub on site. Well, the first night we were there the hot tub was barely 100 degrees and the pool was likely 103 degrees. Then the second and third nights the temps seemed to get even worse - hot tub 98 and pool 106. (The third night they even roped off the pool). Therefore, we couldn't use either! Finally, there weren't enough towels in the condo. Yes, there were enough for each bathroom for a shower but when pool towels aren't provided, it makes it hard to use one towel for both hot tub and showering. It would've been nice to have a few extra towels in each bathroom for this scenario. Of course, there is laundry in the condo but still not convenient if you're doing both hot tub and showering every day! We mentioned all of this to the mgt co. on the way out after dropping the key off and they said they'd talk to a manager but we still haven't heard anything. Great place otherwise! Thx."
Summit Resort Group Response:
Sorry for the late posting of this response. We were focused on reaching the guest to offer them a partial refund on their stay. We stuck our foot in a bucket on this one, but learned a lot and have been more responsive to guests since. Thank you for taking the time to post a response that management could see and respond to.

Beautiful, Spacious Home! - 4 out of 5 stars
"There were three families that stayed in this beautiful home and there was more than enough room for everyone! To have the windows open and just listen to the creek that was right by the home was so relaxing. The home was very clean and had all of the necessaties!! The location was perfect from downtown (two blocks) and we walked when ever we went downtown! Going to the Marina that again was just a short distance was a great experience also. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was nice to have and use during our stay!! The only "issue" (if u really want to call it that) was the downstairs toilet, you had to hold down the handle a little bit to get it to flush. Also, we were brought a gas grill but it did not work. Overall this property is amazing!!"
Great vacation home for large groups - 4 out of 5 stars
"We really enjoyed staying at Cross Creek 102. The property is spacious and well maintained. The bedroom/bathroom space is especially convenient. We had 12 people and all fit well. The hot tub is a few steps away and very convenient. The outdoor hot tub was not warm enough to use. The workout room is minimal and was very dirty. Otherwise, we would definitely book again."
Comfortable, clean and a beautiful setting for a family vacation! - 5 out of 5 stars
"We've stayed in this property twice over the past few years and have really enjoyed it! It has plenty of space for our group of 10 and was very well stocked. Our kids loved sharing the bunk room with their cousins! It has excellent proximity to Main Street and nearby walking trails. We hope to return again next year!"
Good place for groups - 3 out of 5 stars
"This spot is perfect for groups. I brought a high school group here for several days of skiing and snowboarding, and the condo worked well for that. There's enough room to cook a big meal, feed everyone, sleep 14 guests, and easily access the clubhouse next door. This particular unit is showing some signs of wear and tear, so don't expect an immaculate condo. The in-suite bathrooms looked newly updated, but several other features needed attention from the maintenance personnel. The clubhouse has some maintenance issues as well, but it's still a convenient feature--especially to send kids to after a day of skiing."
A very nice centrally located condo - 5 out of 5 stars
"This condo fulfilled our every need. It's well appointed and gives a homey feel when staying there. We stayed for 4 days and it accommodated our group easily. The location is very good, just on the interstate side of Frisco on Main Street. There were other guests in the adjoining condos and the noise level was quite low. We hope to stay there again."
Great for large families! - 4 out of 5 stars
"This condo has plenty of room for large groups. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. There were also plenty of dishes for our large family. The downside...the microwave did not work and the some burners on the stove stopped heating as well. It was difficult to cook some of our meals. That area of the kitchen definitely needs to be updated!"
This was a time for family bonding. - 5 out of 5 stars
"We had a great stay. We were all able to fit in the house. The kitchen was supplied very well for our gourmet cooks. The pool was close. Except for our crying babies, it was quiet and pleasant. There was space for us to do our family olympics. At night my husband and I, retiring early, were not kept awake by the 30 somethings enjoying themselves downstairs. The only down part is it was so warm, we could not cool off the house."
Perfect and lots of space - 5 out of 5 stars
"It was a great rental for our 3 families. We had space for the kids to hang out and the adults to relax. The pool is small but right across the parking lot, so close and well maintained."
Spacious, nice place - 5 out of 5 stars
"The Cross Creek town home was nice. The living/dining area was a little on the small side for how many people can stay there, but the huge bedrooms made up for. It was very well stocked with comfortable beds. The dishwasher needs some repair. One of the wheels kept falling off which made it hard to slide the bottom rack in/out."
very comfortable, a little better than advertised - 5 out of 5 stars
"very spacious w/room for 12 to sit for meals but found 2 folding chairs. ceiling fans were dirty and closets doors were very sticky esp. laundry doors which looked like they could break any moment. Staff was great esp. Joselyn who is very friendly and helpful coudos for great selection of employee. Will definitly consider renting in the future and recommend it to friends."
